Borzasztóan túlterhelt dolgozók, akik emiatt vállalhatatlanul beszélnek az ügyfelekről. Köszönjük a kormánynak, hogy ilyen szintű szolgáltatást kíván a népnek. Az ügyintézés egy hadarás ,siettetés, kapkodás, maga az időpontfoglalás is egy misét megér. Jó lenne még vagy 5 ember, hogy ne essen ekkora teher egy dolgozóra, akkor talán a minőség is javulna.
