A telefont SOHA nem veszik fel, csak dísznek van kiírva a telefonszám. Csak azért egy csillag, mert gépjármű ügyintézéskor kellemesen csalódtam, az ott dolgozó hölgy kedves, udvarias. Ha lehetne nullást adnék azon kívül. Felháborító, hogy ezeket a mi adóforintjainkból fizetik.... The "doorman" is just an ornament. He can't help on the merits, he won't let anyone who knows. The phone is NEVER picked up, the phone number is just a decoration. Just a star because I was pleasantly disappointed when it came to car administration, the lady working there is kind, polite. If I could I would give zero outside. It is outrageous that these are paid from our tax forints ....

Semmiféle segítőkészség jelét nem mutatta a “kedves” ügyintézőhölgy. Van olyan hogy valakinek rossz napja van, de ilyen munkakörben ha tetszik ha nem az ügyfél az első!!! The clerk's style is unqualified. A customer service representative should not handle his or her private phones during business hours while the customer is waiting for him or her. The “kind” clerk did not show any sign of helpfulness. There is a way that someone has a bad day, but in a job like this if you don't like the customer first !!!
