I only recommend the place to people who like the harsh and condescending tone of the saleswomen. The few minutes I spent in the store were humiliating.

A kiszolgálás és az eladók stílusa, vásárlókhoz való hozzáállása az elmúlt időszakban elfogadhatatlan. Az első alkalommal, amikor ezt tapasztaltam még úgy gondoltam, hogy előfordul az ilyen jellegű viselkedés, mert mindenkinek lehet rossz napja. Sajnos azóta több alkalommal - ahogyan a mai nap is - hasonló, vásárlóval szemben nem megengedhető hozzáállást tapasztaltam. A lekezelő stílusnak köszönhetően a kiválasztott és megvásárolni kívánt ajándéktárgyat ott kellett hagynom. Senkinek sem ajánlom ezt az üzletet, mi sem fogunk többet itt vásárolni. Our family (also 3 generations) bought and made gift items in the shop for several years. The service and the style of the sellers and their attitude towards the customers in the last period is unacceptable. The first time I experienced this, I thought that this kind of behavior would happen because everyone could have a bad day. Unfortunately, several times since today, I have experienced similar, unacceptable customer attitudes. Due to the management style, I had to leave the selected and wanted souvenir. I do not recommend this store to anyone, nor will we buy any more here.
G	Gergely Karoly Ban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzasztó modorú eladóval találkoztam ebben az üzletben. Miután bementem telefonon kértem segítséget a testvéremtől, hogy milyen csokit szeret az ünnepelt. Az utolsó két mondatban (10 másodperc) pedig megmertem kérdezni, hogy mi újság velük. Ekkor rám szólt az eladó, hogy ne itt telefonáljak és őt nem érdekli ez stb...szóváltásba keveredtünk, de már nem volt hajlandó köszönni sem a fizetés után. Ketten voltunk a boltban az eladóval együtt! Ha a sarki fűszeresnél tapasztalok ilyet (nem megbánva a sarki fűszereseket), akkor sem tudtam volna hova tenni, de egy prémium csoki boltban ilyen eladót alkalmazni?! Soha többet itt nem fogok vásárolni. I met a terribly mannered salesman in this store. After I went in on the phone I asked my brother for help on what kind of chocolate the celebrant likes. And in the last two sentences (10 seconds) I dared to ask what’s new with them. That's when the seller told me not to call here and he doesn't care about it, etc ... we got into a hassle, but he refused to say hello after the payment. There were two of us in the store with the seller! If I experienced this at the polar spice (not regretting the polar spices), I wouldn’t have been able to do it either, but to hire such a seller in a premium chocolate shop ?! I will never buy here again.

Fizetéskor arrébblökte a kezemet, illetve kivette a bankkártyámat a kezemből. Ez nem megengedett egy ilyen elegáns bolt esetén. A bolt kínálatával egyébként nincsen gond, kicsit drágább, de ajándékboltról van szó. Such a jerk peasant seller was rarely brought together by fate, I would dismiss him immediately instead of the owner. When I paid, he pushed my hand away and took my credit card out of my hand. This is not allowed in such an elegant shop. There is no problem with the offer of the store, it is a bit more expensive, but it is a gift shop.
