I popped into a gift of coffee that I received with a promotional coupon. Unfortunately, the management no longer calculated the price of a poured milk, the cashiers had to explain this to every customer. The coffee was delicious, as were the terms of the sandwich I bought for it, but the outside of the croisson was already blushing uncomfortably - if I could see it well, all on the shelf. All this dwarfed the icy temperature of the product - I suspect it was made elsewhere earlier, yet it was very uncomfortable to be served at freezer temperature, my teeth ached even half an hour later. The washbasin needs a key, which is unfortunately very much in the lock. When I asked for help opening the door, I received a phlegmatic response saying, "That key opens, they just can't use it" - and then the training lady struggled to open it properly. For the convenience of the breakfast served on site, the padded sofa, on which yoghurt and milk are stored on pallets, questioning the need for cooling and narrowing the seating area. So in spite of the great design and quality of the products, the Pökhend service and the ill-considered work organization, I will only have breakfast here again if I have to. Fortunately, there is a more solidly priced, yet nicer-served place in the city center, there is something to choose from.
