Mínősíthetettelen a recepciós viselkedése és ahogy fogadott minket egy botrány volt. Úgy érzetük magunkat hogy kb zavarunk ott. Igaz későn érkeztünk este fél 9 de előtte oda telefonáltunk hogy késünk mert az autó pálya beállt. Igaz 24 órás recepció van úgyhogy nem is értjük. Megkellett mondjuk konkrétan számon kérték rajtunk hogy igenis mondjuk meg másnap mikor megyünk el pontosan! Mikor jövünk vissza pontosan órához igazodva mint egy kollégiumba.. És mivel én ezt nem tudtam megmondani mert kikapcsolodni jöttünk és nem vissza sietni így pontos választ nem tudtam adni mégjobban a bunkó stílusra váltott a recepciós. Kértem kiságyat a kisfiamnak nem kaptam! Egész éjjel azon aggódtam ne essen le a magas ágyról! Klima nem volt a 35 fokba.. Hütő nem volt jó pedig szükségem lett volna rá az ételallergiás kisfiamnak a 35 fokba betettni az ételét.. De azt is máshol kellett megoldanom.. Akkor elszámolták mikor kifizettük a szobát másnap reggel akkor is Mínősíthetettelen stilusba szólt az úr! Annyira ideges lettem mert ez nem a mi hibánk volt hogy ő elrontotta hogy ott is hagytam! Gondoltam másnap kifizetjük ha más lesz a recepciós a maradékot! Este vissza érünk hála isten más volt a recepciós aki kedves volt! De sajnos közölte vélünk hogy hát a másik úr rosszul tájékoztatót és 12 ezer ft helyett 16 ezer egy éjszaka?!! Ilyen nincs! Úgy foglaltuk le hogy 12 000 ft egy éjszaka aznap is azt mondjál mikor ott vagyunk és másnap közlik bocsi de 4ezerrel drágább naponta?! Felháborító! Senki nem kért ilyen szobát! Ha tudtuk volna hogy ennyi itt se alszunk! Mi Sopronból jöttünk ami lássuk be nagyobb város és nincs ennyi!! Kénytelenek voltunk este 8kor össze pakolni és útra indulni haza este 8 kor egy másfél éves hulla fáradt gyerekkel mert 2 éjszakára 32 ezret akartak velünk kifizettetni ahol szolgáltatás se kapunk csak ott alszunk! És nem is erről volt szó! Undorító hogy tönkre tették az üdülésünket ami miatt 1 nappal előbb kellett haza menjünk és a stílus ami ott van... Számlát meg nem is kaptunk semmiről. Dear Hotel Leader! On Friday we arrived with my one and a half year old son and husband in your hotel. Mínősíthetettelen behavior and as a receptionist greeted us was a scandal. We felt so embarrassed about it to ourselves. Admittedly we arrived late in the evening but not before half nine we call forth that we are late because the car career so far. True 24-hour front desk, so we do not understand. We needed to say specifically asked us to track very well to say the next time we go exactly! When we come back exactly to the clock as a dormitory. And since I couldn't tell it because we came out and didn't hurry back so I couldn't give the exact answer to the junk style even more. I asked for a cot I did not get to my son! I worried all night does not fall off the high bed! Klima wasn't at 35 degrees. Cold wasn't good and I needed my food allergy boy to put his food in 35 degrees. But I had to settle it elsewhere. We said 12,000 ft one night the same day when we were there, and the next day, they'd say goodbye but 4 thousand more expensive a day ?! Outrageous! Nobody asked for such a room! If we could have that many do not sleep here! Sopron is what we see in the city and there is so much more !! We had to pack up and leave home at 8 pm from a five-year-old children are dead tired 8kor night 2 nights because they wanted to make us pay 32 thousand as where service is not only sleep there! And it wasn't about that! Disgusting that ruined our holiday because of which had to go one day earlier and style that is there home ... We didn't get an invoice for anything.

Pedig egy hotel szobában a hűtő az alapok alapja!! A szolgáltatásaik közt szerepel a klíma, gyerekágy és wifi. A háromból egyik sem volt a szobához és még az árat is utólag módosítgatták 12 ezerről 16 ezerre. Telefonon egyeztették az árat tehát lényegében megtévesztették őket, és még anyagilag meg is akarták károsítani, holott nem ők kérték hogy drágább szobát kapjanak. Akkor eleve minek a foglalás?? Arról pedig tényleg nem is beszélve hogy ez miatt egy nappal előbb kellett elindulniuk, mert már csak elvből sem fizet az ember többet mint a megbeszélt lefixált ár ? köszönjük Kossuth hotel ? I totally ruined my dear friend's holiday. The food of their one and a half year olds could not be put in the refrigerator. Yet in a hotel room the fridge is the foundation of the basics !! Facilities include air conditioning, cot and wifi. None of the three were in the room and even the price was subsequently adjusted from 12,000 to 16,000. Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak mindenben és a szállás is nagyon rendben volt. Köszönjük! If I had the opportunity, I would add more stars to my rating.? 3	30 FF on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udvarias a kiszolgálás, kedves a személyzet, ár-érték arányban is jó. Központi helyen lévő igazi "szálloda". :) The service is polite, the staff is nice, good value for money. A real "hotel" in a central location. :)
