★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szekszárdi főtér 2013-ban befejeződött felújításához kapcsolódóan a vármegyeház kertjének a főtéri támfalánál új 1848-49-es emlékmű készült.
A korábbi 48-as emlékműről a Kossuth dombormű az új emlékmű mellett kapott helyet.
Az alkotó Konrád Sándor volt, aki 1938-ban készítette ezt a domborművet az országzászló részeként. A Szabadságharc centenáriumán szintén ő alakította át az országzászlót 1848-as emlékhellyé.
 In connection with the renovation of the main square in Szekszárd, which was completed in 2013, a new monument from 1848-49 was built at the main wall retaining wall of the garden of the county hall.
The Kossuth relief from the former monument No. 48 is located next to the new monument.
The creator was Sándor Konrád, who made this relief in 1938 as part of the national flag. At the centenary of the War of Independence, he also transformed the national flag into a memorial site in 1848.
