★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az 1825-ben megindult tervezésbe Pollack Mihály 1827-ben kapcsolódott be, s végül az 1830-as évekre készült el a Megyeháza, miután a 18. század végén Simontornyáról ide került a vármegye központja.
Klasszicista, szép épület az udvara és az épület belseje is számos látnivalót kínál. Udvarán bencés apátsági templom alapfalai láthatók. Az épületben kifejezetten színvonalas kiállítást lehet megtekinteni.
Az épület a múzeumi rendeltetés mellett a levéltárnak is otthont ad.
Mihály Pollack joined the design, which started in 1825, in 1827, and finally the County Hall was completed in the 1830s, after the center of the county moved here from Simontornya at the end of the 18th century.
The courtyard of the classicist, beautiful building and the interior of the building also offer many attractions. The foundation walls of the Benedictine abbey church can be seen in the courtyard. An extremely high-quality exhibition can be seen in the building.
