Egy képernyő cserét szerettem volna a samsung galaxy a8 készülékemen, decemberben kezdődött az egész, amikor bevittük azt mondták hogy eredeti kijelzőt tesznek bele majd 1 hónap elteltével egy silány minőségű került bele. Ezek után 1 hónapra rá kicserélték, és a kollega aki ott volt minden egyes olyan kérdésemre aminél azt kérdeztem hogy vízálló marad e a telefon azt válaszolta hogy igen. Ez nem így lett de már nem cserélik ki a kijelzőt,nagyon nem korrekt módon. Képzetlen eladók vannak ott, nem tudnak megfelelő tájékoztatást adni a csere utáni állapotáról a telefonnak, tévesen tájékoöztattak többször is. Nagyon nem ajánlom senkinek azt a boltot, én óriásit csalódtam.
I was very, very disappointed in the store (Dunaharaszti store).
I wanted a screen replacement on my samsung galaxy a8, it all started in december when we entered it they said it would put an original display in it and after 1 month a poor quality was put in it. After that I was replaced for 1 month and the colleague who was there for each of my questions where I asked if it would remain waterproof on this phone answered yes. This has not been the case but they no longer replace the display in a very incorrect way. There are untrained sellers there, unable to give proper information about the condition of the post-replacement phone, they have been misinformed several times. I really don’t recommend that store to anyone, I was huge disappointed.
