Lehet, hogy volt egy kis félreèrtès, valamit nem èrtettem amit motyogott, szaknyelven, de amikor visszakérdeztem, csak ugyanazon szavakkal volt hajlandò megismètelni, ugyanùgy hadarva. Hangvètelèben èreztem valami gùnyos undorodottsàgot is, ezèrt gondoltam ezzel nincs kedvem èrtekezni ès rövidre zàrom az interakciòt, megveszem a receptes gyògyszereimet ès kèsz. De erre elkezdett velem vitàzni, hogy ő ugyan csak kèt kèrdèst tett fel. Mondtam hogy vevőként nem az èn dolgom, hogy őt kiszolgàljam, ès erre, NEM az előbbiekre vàlaszkènt a maszk miatt hogy jobban halljam, hanem erre felemelte velem a hangjàt. Mindvègig rendkívül flegma volt, fölènyeskedő és összessègèben vève elfogadhatatlan volt a viselkedèse. Vèlemènyem szerint nem egy olyan szakmàban a helye, ahol emberekkel kell interakciòba kerülni, mert nyilvànvalòan utàlja őket. I had a horrible experience at the master street key pharmacy. The store manager treated me with an awful contempt and unworthy style when I shopped there. There may have been a bit of a misunderstanding, I didn’t understand something he was muttering, in technical language, but when I asked back, he was only willing to repeat it in the same words, in the same way. I also felt some mocking disgust in his tone, so I thought I didn't feel like it, I closed the interaction, I bought my prescription drugs and I was ready. But for this he began to argue with me that he had only asked two questions. I said that as a customer it was not my job to serve him, and he did not respond to this, NOT to the former because of the mask, to hear better, but to raise his voice with me. All the while, he was extremely phlegmatic, arrogant, and overall unacceptable. In my opinion, it’s not a place in a profession where you have to interact with people because you obviously hate them.

Utánanézett annak,hogy ugyanaz a hatóanyag összetevő legyen benne. Köszönöm!!!! 100 csillahgot is adtam volna ha lehet! I have never been to such a helpful pharmacy! The lady did her best to recommend something other than the medicine not in stock. He looked for the same active ingredient in it. Thanks!!!! I would have given 100 glitter if I could!

Biztosan nagyon fontos dolgotok volt a teló nyomkodás mellett, hogy 15 perccel zárás előtt már nem engedték be senkit. Bunkó banda! Hey f @ heads! De amióta Kulcs Patika lett, azóta maximálisan meg vagyok vele elégedve. Velem eddig mindig segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak, nem utolsó sorban az áraik sem annyira elszálltak, mint más gyógyszertáraké (saját vásárlási szokásaim alapján). A kedvezménykártya programuk, pedig jelenleg a legkedvezőbb árral operáló patikává tette nálam. Előttük még sose hallottam olyanról, hogy VÉNYKÖTELES gyógyszerre is 10% kedvezményt adjanak valahol. Csak ajánlani tudom! I can recommend the Kulcs Pharmacy! So far, the pharmacists have always been nice and helpful. Plus they have a great loyalty program. You can get up to 10% discount if you have a loyalty card (even if it comes to prescribed medication). They can issue the card easily at the Pharmacy. It's a nice place to have. There were already several pharmacies here on the corner of Mester Street (ALMA Pharmacy, etc.), I didn't like it before. But since I became a Key Pharmacy, I have been maximally satisfied with it. So far, they have always been helpful and kind to me, and last but not least, their prices have not gone down as much as those of other pharmacies (based on my own shopping habits). Their discount card program, however, has made it the best pharmacy for me at the moment. I’ve never heard of a 10% discount on prescription drugs somewhere before. I can only recommend! I can recommend the Key Pharmacy! So far, the pharmacists have always been nice and helpful. Plus they have a great loyalty program. You can get up to 10% discount if you have a loyalty card (even if it comes to prescribed medication). They can issue the card easily at the Pharmacy. It's a nice place to have.
