★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After testing almost all Kürtőskalács stands in the city center, both me and husband vote this to be the best and tastiest - light citrusy background taste that others don't have - and clearly separate this one as the TOPS . Best price too. I think most Budapestians agree, because there is usually a long line , specially in the autumn, but deffo worth the wait. Turnover also makes it always fresh.
Just excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is rude, the signs on the place are very passive aggressive. Quality is okay, but then again it is hard to screw up kürtöskalács if you have the equipment. The wait is always long, the worker takes their time and isn’t bothered to work at a decent speed. The one redeeming quality, for which everyone waits in line for, is the price. They could charge twice this and people would still pay. 350ft for a kürtöskalács in the center of Budapest is a crazy bargain by all standards. For this, I will return.
