Very rude staff, low quality. Don’t go there, seriously.

I need decades to speak about my experence here, first we had seats and checked the menu but found nothing, ice cream flavours and cake types were not there so we went to choose by ourselves from the shop.. There were two women who were totally rude and continuasly telling us please tale a seat we will come to you and take your order.. but. sorry how will i order from my seat while I dont know what do you offer!!! My friend ask for a cake and ice cream scoop but they didn't allow me to order after her so We could remember some cakes and ice cream names and went to our seats.. The girl brought my friend's order but with a small normal mistake which was two cakes instead of a cake and an icecream but when we told gere she became angry again and asked the rest of us what have you ordered! So we told her what we want and she went My friend realized that the cake she got is with alcohol so simply she took the cake and went to the bar asking to change it without even touch it.. I mean my other friend told her that it has alcohol but she didn't try it of course.. The woman was acting with her very unfriendly .. (Anyway in a situation like this I really realise how friendly were the people who tell me when i ask for anything in a cafe that this thing contains alcohol , based on what I wear) Then the rest of the order came and I got rasberry opera instead of blueberry opera that I have ordered But yeah I couldn't ask to change it because she was already very angry and yeah seriously i was scared ! even if I really don't like the sour taste in the reasberry cakes ... We couldn't finish the cakes so i took them in one plate and ask to put them in a take away bag ,, i waited for five minutes without anyone to look at me then a woman gave me the bag to put by myself without saying anything.. I was forced to pay the amount without having the bell.. of course it was a true number but we should get the bell anyway not only asked to pay the total without knowing details .. Ice cream was very good, cakes really looked great and the place is clean But I give 1 star only because the staff were as rude as a staff can ever be I don't know was it because we looked different or they are always like this !! I suggest to give them a training about how to smile despite anything bad you are going through because your smile makes change in your work as a waitress! I was really surprised how they got hired

I like the oktogon shop better, here a girl from the staff, a blonde, was very rude, she had no patience, she hardly served us the ice cream, she bothered at the time of paying because we wanted to split the bill. I really do not recommend it.

In the midst of the Westend shopping centre this is a nice relaxing cafe. Service is perfect, coffee great and the cakes beyond description. Last time I was here I had the Raspberry Opera, this time the Coffee Opera. Both highly recommended. Also available are a range of chilled desserts and ice cream. Well worth a visit.
