Viszont egy 7 éves samsung lcd tv-t /46" ,tápegység hibás / 62.000 .-Ft -ért javítottak volna meg 1-2 hét alatt. A tv nem ér még talán 50.000 se. Igaz ez az ár tartalmazta a bevizsgálási díjjat is. /8000.-Ft / Elvittem egy samsung szervizbe ahol bevizsgálással mindennel együtt 18.000.- Ft - ért megjavítják pár nap alatt. Ja mindezért a 4500,-Ft bevizsgálási díjat azért elvették (konkrét hibával vittem oda, usb csatlakozó lötyögött, azon keresztül nem volt töltés), bár igaz, előre közölték is, hogy az nem jár vissza. "Megjavították" 20ezerért, majd amikor visszavittük, mert a javítás során valami más meg elromlott, akkor széttárták a karjukat és felajánlották, hogy 2ezer forintot visszafizetnek. Nem fogadtuk el, de nem szóltunk vissza időben (egy hónapon belül), így a gépet állítólag leselejtezték. Azt gondolnám, hogy egy jótállási esetben, korrekt lett volna egy ilyen lépés előtt, legalábbis jelezni. Nem ajánlom ezt a csapatot. Jól esik, hogy a tulajdonos sajnálja a kellemetlenséget. Kár, hogy ezt nem volt hajlandó személyesen elmondani. Az is kár, hogy nem tudnak/akarnak elszámolni a géppel. A szerződés ugyanis azt írja, hogy a követelésük kielégítése céljából lehet értékesíteni. They're working on a pretty gas business model ... Which by the way, it was written down on a paper, using google translate!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not to mention that I heard the woman giggling when I turned around!
