R	Renáta Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eszetekbe ne jusson innen rendelni! Ez már nem a régi Laptopszalon, csak a nevét vásárolták meg, hogy így tetszelegjenek. Cetelem hitellel rendeltem tőlük és a bírálatot követően vártam a visszajelzést a termék átvételről, majd mikor meguntam megkeresem őket, 3 napot követően derült ki, hogy az e-mailt még csak el sem olvasták, hogy megkötötte velem a Cetelem a szerződést és most rajtuk a sor a teljesítéssel. Utána meg 2-4 hetes várakozást mondtak a kiszállításig. Szerencsére közben megtaláltam máshol a terméket, ahol azonnal átvehető. Egyszerűen szégyen gyalázat! A kapott válaszra csak annyit mondanék, hogy szép gesztus lett volna, ha igaz lenne. Nem az volt a probléma, hogy nem kapták meg időben a Cetelem választ, hanem az, hogy "elveszett" a tömérdek olvasatlan e-mail között. Többek között a hetekkel ezelőtt megírt rendelés lemondásomra sem érkezett semmi tudomásul vevő válasz, gondolom kallódik a többi olvasatlan levél között. Don't think to order from here! It’s no longer the old Laptop Salon, they just bought its name to please it that way. I ordered them from Cetelem with credit and after the review I waited for feedback on the receipt of the product, then when I got bored of contacting them, after 3 days it turned out that the e-mail had not even read that Cetelem had signed a contract with me and now it's their turn with performance. They then waited 2-4 weeks for delivery. Luckily, meanwhile, I found the product elsewhere where it can be picked up right away. Simply a disgrace! All I would say to the answer I received was that it would have been a nice gesture if it had been true. The problem was not that they did not receive the Cetelem response in time, but that they were "lost" among the many unread emails. Among other things, there was no noticeable response to my order cancellation, which was written weeks ago, I think it stumbles among the other unread letters.
M	Máté Illés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online rendelést adtam le egy termékre. A tájékoztatóban leírtaknak megfelelően másnap már hívtak is és megmondták, hogy a következő héten tudják szállítani nekem. Így is történt, minden simán ment. A termék tökéletesen működik. A kiválasztott árut náluk találtam meg a legolcsóbban a piacon. I placed an online order for a product. As described in the prospectus, they called me the next day and told me they could deliver it to me next week. That's what happened, everything went smoothly. The product works perfectly. I found the selected goods with them at the cheapest on the market.

Vásároltam egy okostelefont,amit 3 hét múlva visszavittem a pécsi üzletbe, 2 hét után kaptam vissza a készüléket még több hibával, azonnal visszavittem és kértem a cserét erre kaptam is ígéretet hogy megrendelik és küldik 1 héten belül és választottam egy másik készüléket,ráfizetéssel. Egy hét múlva érdeklődtem és az mondták holnap küldik a kért készüléket,másnap jött az email hogy a beszállító még nem reagált és a beküldéstől számított 30 napig van joguk szervizelni! Kértem azonnal az ígért készüléket vagy vissza a pénzemet. Erre is csak elutasító választ kaptam!! Se pénzem se telefonom már 3 hete!!! Megbízhatatlan cég!!! ? Én nem a beszállítótól hanem a Laptopszalontól vásároltam!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone !!! I bought a smartphone, which I took back to the store in Pécs after 3 weeks, after 2 weeks I got the device back with even more errors, I immediately returned it and asked for a replacement, I was promised to order and send it within 1 week and chose another device with a surcharge. A week later I inquired and they said they will send the requested device tomorrow, the next day the email came that the supplier has not yet responded and they have the right to service for 30 days from the date of submission! I immediately asked for the promised device or get my money back. I only got a negative answer for this too !! Neither my money nor my phone has been for 3 weeks !!! Unreliable company !!! ? I did not buy from the supplier but from the Laptop Salon !!!

Aztán 2 napra rá kapok egy telefonhívást, hogy felment az ára a mai naptól mert emelkedett az euró. Így közel 20.000 Ft-al drágább lett. Az üzletnek kötelessége a megrendelt áron eladni a terméket! Sajnálom, hogy innen rendeltem :( I would not recommend anyone to order from here. It can be seen in the appendix that on March 5, 2022 I ordered a leptop for HUF 191,780. Then for 2 days I get a phone call that the price has gone up from today because the euro has risen. Thus, it became almost 20,000 HUF more expensive. It is the duty of the store to sell the product at the ordered price! I'm sorry I ordered from here :(
Á	Ádám Puskás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azért kapnak 2 csillagot mert régen nagyon jók voltak. Teljesen elégedett voltam velük. Most párommal rendeltünk laptopot ajándékba egy ismerősünknek és meg is jött az email a feltüntetett árral. Ezután jött az euró rekordmagas ára. Gyorsan az is változtatták a termék árát a weboldalon és tájékoztattak minket, hogy mivel drágább az euró így a termék is drágult. Érdemes lenne utána olvasni a szabályoknak ezzel kapcsolatosan. A weboldalon feltüntetett áráért MÁR megrendeltük a terméket. Utólagos árváltozás csak így nem lehet, hogy amúgy nekik a termék már ott csücsül régi árért az üzletbe és ők drágábban adják el. Ez sehol nem működik így vagy akkor már alapból az új árnak kellett volna szerepelnie... Szánalmas. Nem mellesleg a számlát is a régi árral állították ki.. minden irányból bűzlik a dolog. FIGYELEM NAV! They get 2 stars because they used to be very good. I was completely satisfied with them. Now my partner and I ordered a laptop as a gift for a friend and the email came with the price shown. Then came the record high price of the euro. They also quickly changed the price of the product on the website and informed us that the more expensive the euro, the more expensive the product. It would be worth reading the rules on this. We have ALREADY ordered the product for the price shown on the website. Subsequent price changes are the only way that the product will be shipped to the store for an old price anyway and they will sell it more expensive. It doesn't work that way anywhere, or the new price should have been included by default ... It's pathetic. By the way, the bill was issued at the old price ... it stinks from all directions. ATTENTION!
