Nie przypominam sobie, żeby kiedykolwiek dzwoniąc w jakieś miejsce gdzie powinnam dostać potrzebne mi informację, usłyszała tak niemiłą, nieprofesjonalną, opryskliwą i chamską Panią jaka znajduje się w Polskim Konsulacie. Niestety Pani nie raczyła udzielić żadnych informacji, odsyłała mnie do strony gov.pl gdzie nie było informacji, których potrzebowałam przy tym wszystkim była bardzo agresywna i niezadowolona, że cokolwiek musi mówić.. Total nightmare! I do not remember that whenever I called to a place where I should get the information I needed, she heard such an unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and rude lady as is at the Polish Consulate. Unfortunately, the lady did not deign to provide any information, she sent me to the gov.pl website where there was no information that I needed and she was very aggressive and dissatisfied that she had to say anything ...

The Embassy is centrally located, right on one of the most famous streets in Budapest. The building itself looks a bit abandoned.

"To nie leży w zakresie naszych kompetencji" Pytam więc gdzie mam się udać? Odpowiedź: "Nie wiemy, do widzenia" A Polish citizen is calling and asking for help (actually information) in running his business in Hungary and what is the answer ..? "It is not within our competence" So I ask where should I go? Answer: "We don't know, goodbye"
W	Wojciech Ostrowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie polecam. Zostałem okradziony w pociągu na Węgrzech. Chciałem to gdzieś zgłosić. Oczywiście na całym głównym węgierskim dworcu kolejowym nikt nie posługuje się innym językiem niż węgierski. Nawet policja czy customer service! Zadzwoniłem pod numer polskiego konsulatu z zapytaniem co mam robić, gdyż zostałem odesłany do kolejnego posterunku policji oddalonego od dworca o 2 km. Pani w konsulacie stwierdziła, żebym tam poszedł a na moje pytanie czy mogłaby użyczyć mi pomocy translacyjnej w razie gdyby nikt tam się nie posługiwał językiem angielskim, uzyskałem odpowiedz ze państwo nie świadczą usług translacyjnych i mam sobie radzić sam . I do not recommend. I was robbed on a train in Hungary. I wanted to report it somewhere. Of course, no language other than Hungarian is spoken in the entire Hungarian main railway station. Even the police or customer service! I called the Polish consulate and asked what to do, because I was sent to another police station 2 km away from the station. The lady at the consulate said that I should go there, and to my question if she could provide me with translation assistance in case no one speaks English there, I received an answer that you do not provide translation services and I have to deal with myself.
