K	Krisztina Szász on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon jártam a gyógyszertárban! 2 receptet szerettem volna kiváltani, az egyik hiánycikk, a másik receptem lejárt( elfelejtettem megnézni a dátumot, mert akkor szoktam kiváltani, ha már nagy a baj). Az idősebb gyógyszerész hölgy visszadobta a recepteket, majd ott hagyott. Áldogáltam ott egy ideig, majd szóltam egy kollégájának, hogy szóljon már a hölgynek, mert vásárolni is szeretnék és kérdezni. Visszasétált megkérdezte: -Mi van? Mindezt udorító stílusban, mondtam neki, hogy a bunkóságnak is van egy határa, hiszen rá várok... A válasza az volt, hogy:-És??? Nah mit akarsz? Kicsit megdöbbentő, hogy egy ember ilyen dolgot tapasztal egy olyan helyen, ahol segítséget vár! Crohn betegként gyógyszerekre van szükségem, hetente be kell mennem kiváltani őket! Egy ilyen helyen együttérzést és támogatást várnék, fizető vendégként meg főleg! Elszomorító ez a fajta viselkedés és stílus! Today I went to the pharmacy! I wanted to replace 2 recipes, one missing item and the other one expired (I forgot to check the date because I used to get one when it was too much trouble). The older pharmacist dropped the prescriptions and left her there. I sacrificed there for a while and then told a colleague to tell the lady because I wanted to buy and ask questions. He walked back and asked, "What?" All in a humorous style, I told him that there was a limit to jealousy, as I was waiting for it ... The answer was: -And ??? What do you want? It's a little shocking that a person is experiencing such a thing in a place where he needs help! As a Crohn's patient, I need medication, I have to go for it every week! I would expect compassion and support at such a place, especially as a paying guest! This kind of behavior and style is depressing!

Mikor tanácsot kértem, tanács helyett lekezelő flegmaságot kaptam, végig sem hallgatta a kérdésemet a gyógyszerész (50 pluszos szőke hajú nő). Felháborító ez a viselkedés! Nem először járok így ezzel a gyógyszerésszel és máskor is tapasztaltam ilyen viselkedést a többi kollégától. Soha többet nem vásárolok itt és az ismerőseimet is erre fogom buzdítani. Lassúak és udvariatlanok, kelletlenek. On August 21, 2019, at about 5:20 pm, I went to buy a painkiller. When I asked for advice, I was treated with phlegm instead of advice, and the pharmacist (50 plus blond women) did not listen to my question at all. This behavior is outrageous! This is not the first time I have been with this pharmacist and I have experienced this behavior from other colleagues at other times. I will never shop again and encourage my friends to do so. Slow and rude, uncomfortable.

És jó lenne tudni hogy mondjuk ma meddig vannak simán nyitva. Azon túl hogy 24 órás ügyelet van ☹️ I was there on Friday the 14th around 9pm. The sales lady was very arrogant with me too. K	Krisztina K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmas a stilus amit megengednek maguknak, siettetnek, ha az ember nezelodik, (pl dermokozmetikum.) ha megmereszelem kerdezni 2. vagy 3. termeknek az arat caccognak, es rakerdez, hogy "Akkor most keri?" Ha segitseget vagy infirmaciot ker az ember, vagy nem tudnak valaszolni, vagy olyan stilusban mintha mindenkinek 14 eves koraban a szemelyigazolvanya melle alanyi jogon jart volna az SOTE-s gyogyszeresz diploma.. Szornyu.. csak ha nagyon muszaj, akkor megyek ide. . Jo lenne ezen valtoztatni, mar nem a Kadar rendszerben elunk (nem ez az egyetlen patika Budapesten, de meg Ujpesten sem.. 2020 van!!! Gyors, és jó kiszolgálást kaptam. The service was kind and helpful, a little uncertain, but obviously the decision as to which over-the-counter product I was asking for was in my hands.
