A kapott láda belseje meg volt bontva, és az olló hiányzott belőle. A láda kívül látszólag érintetlen papírcsíkkal át volt ragasztva. Ha nem veszem észre, hogy hiányos a készlet, akkor lehetséges, hogy hasznavehetetlen készletet kell magamnál tartanom az utakon! Az ügyfélszolgálatuk, amikor jeleztem a hibát, tagadta felelősségét, nem adott kártérítést. Serious negative experience: I bought a first aid kit from apika24, which was delivered on time. Nem sikerült az online (weboldalon keresztül történő fizetés), ezért sima banki utalással utaltam át az összeget, minden információt (név, rendelésszám) feltuntetve a közleményben. Azt állították, nem érkezett meg a pénz. Elkuldtem nekik emailben a fotót a sikeres tranzakcióról. Semmi reakció. Miután közöltem velük, hogy utalják vissza a pénzt, ellenkező esetben az illetékes szervekhez fordulok, érdekes módon másnapra ott volt az összeg a számlámon. Javaslom mindenkinek, aki hasonlóképp járt, hogy eresszen meg egy ilyen emailt, és ha továbbra sem reagálnak, valóban jelezze ezt a fogyasztóvédelem felé. I recommend everyone who has done the same to drop such an email, and if they still don’t respond, really signal it to consumer protection.
