★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous customer service at 2:40-2:45 pm on June 6th 2021. Very rude young wearing beats headphones ignored orders and disrespected families wishes. She was being very aggressive and openly rude. She slammed our bowls of icecream on the scale and didn't even ask if we wanted cup or cone. She was grunting and aggravated. Disturbed by this customer service experience I urge not to support this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this establishment on June 6 at 14:40. A very rude young lady with brown braided hair was serving me and my family. She had very little regard for the choices that we were making in terms of cups and cones and we were met with a very VERY rude tone. She said "I can't do this" before frustratingly slamming a cup on the counter when I had asked for the cone. The ice cream I got was already almost completely melted once she had served it. I don't think I will be coming back here.
