Hisztéria Cremeria - Hisztéria Cremeria
Igazi családi vállalkozás révén, cukrászdánk története generációkon átívelő gyökerekre nyúlik vissza. A vendéglátás azóta is töretlen szeretetét a nagyszülők alapozták meg, akik hosszú évekig dolgoztak a szakmában Budapesten, majd 1983-ban a második nemzedék meg is nyitotta első egységét, egy italboltot. A bolt 1991-ben kiegészült egy fagyis helyiséggel, és ezáltál leraktuk cukrászdánk alapköveit. Az első Hisztéria 1999-ben nyitotta meg kapuit a West Endben, amit 2008-ban a tápiószecsői, 2014-ben, pedig a gyömrői cukrászda követett. Sikerünk okot adott, hogy 2016-ban, immár a harmadik generáció vezetésével, Magyarországon egyedülálló Cremeriát nyissunk az Andrássy úton, melyet 2017-ben a West Endben lévő cukrászdánk Cremeriává alakítása követett.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a sugar-free chocolate and strawberry ice cream. And then I’ve had stomachache and, excuse me, the worst trip to the bathroom ever. And for all of that I paid 2500 HUF. Didn’t even finish half of the cup because it was so overwhelmingly sweet and strawberry was very artificial. Don’t know what would happen to my stomach if I ate it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks good, but I didn't really like the flavors of the cake, we tried a few. I think we chose the wrong types that are not exactly to our taste. Maybe one day we’ll stop by again and try some other flavor again, because I’ve seen that really a lot of people come in and buy cakes. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. ?

The staff were friendly and informative. The food was delicious. I had the Passion Fruit Ice Cream and fell in love. The Belgian chocolate cake and ice cream were both hits with my family.
The selection is wide and the prices aren’t too bad. I would come back here for dessert some time. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious high-quality ice-cream, good selection of flavours (some of them are sugar-free), huge portions - we struggled to finish our ice-cream. The price is weight-based, therefore kinda expensive (we payed 1680 HUF for two flavours). Also they play great songs there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place with great cakes and decent coffee. Unfortunately we didn't get a milk when we asked for it during ordering. Also toilets were clogged and pretty much unusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself has a nice mood, a wide selection of desserts, cakes, ice cream flavors, waffles, hot chocolate, lemonade and coffee. You can either sit on the inside or on the tiny patio. We tried the flourless pecan dessert with milk chocolate ganache (Mókuskám). It wasn't bad, but wasn't that good either. We also tried the Belgian chocolate and salted caramel ice cream flavors, those were amazing (regular version, not sugarfree). Would definitely go back to try other flavors as well.
What we didn't like was the staff, one girl, who rang us up was very nice, while the other one was kinda rude. We chucked it up to her having a bad day, but reading other reviews it may not be just that. The prices are also pretty high, which isn't surprising, it's a very touristy neighborhood. I would say the ice cream was worth it, the dessert not so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the city for three days and it is a pity that I discovered this cafe on my last day, otherwise I would've visited it every day. The desserts are both visually appealing and also delicious. I have tried "Bounty" which is made of coconut Mousse, and I definitely recommend it. If you are looking for some good desserts in Budapest, you should directly visit this Cremeria.
