Felhívtam őket, kijöttek, kb. 2-3 után, majd közölték, hogy nem tudják bekötni a netet. I ordered the internet personally and requested a maximum of 2 weeks of grace period for the connection. It's been 2 months and nothing. I called them, they came out, ca. After 2-3, they were told they could not connect the net.

Really ordinary team. They work conscientiously, trying with good intentions to do what they can. The service is not perfect, but it is not up to them.
B	Black Brain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 évig coltunk LH-Comosok addig amíg a Telekom be nem kötötte a vezetékes internetet. A szolgáltatás kimaradás folyamatos volt az ügyfélszolgálat egy tragédia. A házunkra felszerelt antenna tönkrement és heteken át internet nélkül voltunk mert a hibabejelentés után 1 hónapot kellett várni hogy valami történjen. Egy nyári zápor után sem volt napokig internet és hozzáteszem nem kellett nagy vihar kettőt villámlott és nem is volt net. A sávszélességet egy csiga megelőzte. Örülök hogy tudtunk váltani. We spent 4 years with LH-Comos until Telekom connected the wired internet. The service outage was continuous as customer service was a tragedy. The antenna installed on our house broke down and we were without internet for weeks because we had to wait 1 month after the bug was reported for something to happen. Even after a summer shower, there was no internet for days and I would add there was no big storm with two lightning strikes and no net. Bandwidth was preceded by a snail. I'm glad we were able to switch.
