J	JÓZSEF SERDÜLT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akciós ollós emelőt vettem kínait.Már Beépítés során kiderült hogy újonnan sem működik .Az emelő nem enged le.Próbáltam egyezkedni a Lincos "elérhető embereivel" imélben és telefonon.hogy vásárolják vissza a hibás terméket ,vagy alkatrészt küldjenek hozzá. Egyik sem sikerült. I bought a scissor lift from China. It was discovered during the installation that it did not work again. The hoist does not let me down. I tried to negotiate with Lincos "available people" in the form and on the phone to buy back the defective product or send it to a part. None succeeded.

Nem volt hibás. Nehezen többszöri telefonálás után vissza utalták a termék árát, csak sajnos két postaköltségem fizettem, melyből egyet sem kaptam vissza. Szakmai hozzáértésüket, és ügyfél barátságukat szint alá értékelném. tool said they ordered them after entering the type and year to be good, unfortunately it was not in yet. Saját költségen elküldtem a szervizbe, ahol 1 hónap alatt sem tudták javítani és nem is cserélték ki. A szervízvezető maga ajánlotta fel, hogy ha egy általa megadott határidőre nem tudja visszaküldeni az emelőt, visszaküldik a vételárat. Ez a határidő már 2 hete lejárt, de a pénz sehol, pedig elküldtem az utaláshoz szükséges adatokat. A szervízvezető telefonon sem érhető el. A termék egyébként nem volt olcsó (11.800 Ft), de a minősége silány, szerintem egy átcímkézett Kinai. Senkinek NEM ajánlom ezt a céget, nem korrekt. I ordered a 2T crocodile jack for private use that broke down after 2 uses. I sent it to the service at my own expense, where it could not be repaired or replaced in 1 month. The service manager himself offered that if he could not return the lift by the deadline he specified, the purchase price would be returned. This deadline has already expired 2 weeks, but the money is nowhere, although I sent the data needed for the transfer. The service manager is also not available by phone. The product was not cheap anyway (11,800 HUF), but the quality is poor, I think a re-labeled Chinese. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone, it is not fair.
