★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish place, great quality food and portions size. Totally worth the money (unlike many other more expensive restaurants in Budapest). Live music. Terrace outside with fans. Good selection of G&Ts though they are light on alcohol. Pleasant and polite waiter.
Be aware that 12% service charge will be added to the bill automatically.
Check the bill before paying. Ours had an item we didn’t order (from the neighbors’ table). Resolved quickly and politely but still unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dined at 7pm on a Thursday and was treated with live piano during our dinner. The pianists sang very well and in English, playing a lot of the classic jazz hits. The duck liver pate was my favorite dish of those we ordered. The portions are very large compared to other restaurants in the center and with very reasonable prices. All in all, an amazing experience.

The food was sublime, the waiting staff were quick to respond and knowledgeable. Best of all, they gave their own opinion when necessary - to avoid for example ordering too much food that wouldn't be eaten or telling us that a certain combination wouldn't make as much sense as another.
Where we come from, the price for a restaurant of this quality would easily be three or four times as high. Highly recommended! Only a shame we can't give 7 stars ;)
(Not to mention the very good live Jazz band we got to listen to all evening long)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great personal, and the food was TOP. I ate Salmon with gratin of potato/spinach and were both soooo tasty. My friend who is fan of steak commented that it was the best steak/rump he ever had in Budapest. I highly recommend the Little Budapest and I will surely come back!
