Kann leider nicht weiter empfehlen :-( We are not the ones to go to court for damage of 850 euros. Very bad experiences and were treated unfairly. Can not recommend :-(

Ajtót cseréltettünk rendeltünk egy Porta Doors márkájú intarziás mintás dupla záras bejárai ajtót. Kijöttek felmérni, töb hét/hónap várakozás, megérkezett az ajtó, a méret nem jó. Rosszul mérték fel, kicsit nagy. Nem akartam még heteket/hónapokat várni, kicsit a vakolatból leszedve befért az ajtókeret (az utólagos javítások persze rám hárultak). Előkerült az ajtó lap - üres. Sehol az intarziás minta (itt kellett volna hazaküldeni az egész brigádot, de az ember ki van szolgáltatva egy félig beszerelt ajtóval...). Felajánlották, hogy utólag matricával csíkokat húznak rá. Benn volt az ajtólap. A felső zár nem záródott, mert a keretből hiányzott a zárnyelvnek a vájat. Sebaj, a szakemberek farigcsáltak rá egy lyukat. Így már záródik. Jön a kilincs. Túl hosszú a szára. Sebaj, a szakemberek levágtak belőle. Kicsit még így is hosszú, de maradhat. Tehát lett egy összetákolt ajtóm ami végül záródik, amibe beletörődnék, ha olcsó lett volna, de legalább drága is volt. Számomra egyértelmű, hogy a termék amit kaptam, selejtes, vagy eleve nem azt kaptam amiért fizettem. Később az eladó azt mondta utánanézett a rendelésnek, a megfelelőt küldték, nem tud mit csinálni. Viszont nem adta ki a rendeléshez tartozó információkat, így a gyártónál magam nem tudtam utána járni. Nemrég a gyártón keresztül is próbáltuk megkeresni, arra sem reagált. A hab a tortán, hogy ha elromlik a zár ebben a lengyel csodában - ami már látszik, hogy meg fog történni -, sem a gyártótól, sem a kereskedőtől nem lehet szerezni, ha nincs meg a garanciafüzet, mert persze teljesen egyedi zár megy bele. Röviden: nekem tanulópénz, másoknak pedig sem a Lővér ajtó ablak céget, sem a Porta Doors céget és márkát nem ajánlom egyáltalán. Expensive tuition. I share so that others don’t run into this mistake. We replaced a door and ordered a Porta Doors brand inlaid patterned double locked entrance door. They came out to assess, several weeks / months waiting, arrived at the door, the size is not good. Wrongly measured, a little big. I didn't want to wait for weeks / months yet, I took the door frame a little out of the plaster (of course, the subsequent repairs were up to me). The door leaf has been found - blank. Nowhere is the inlaid pattern (the whole brigade should have been sent home here, but the man is served with a half-installed door ...). They offered to draw stripes on it with a sticker afterwards. The door leaf was inside. The top lock did not close because the lock tongue was missing from the frame. No matter, the professionals carved a hole in it. That's how it closes. The doorknob is coming. The stem is too long. No matter, the professionals cut it off. It's still a bit long, but it can stay. So I had a folded door that eventually closes, which I would put up with if it had been cheap, but at least it was expensive. It’s clear to me that the product I got is scrapped, or I didn’t get what I paid for in the first place. Later, the seller said he looked up the order, the right one was sent, do not know what to do. However, he did not release the information for the order, so I could not follow up with the manufacturer myself. We also recently tried to contact us through the manufacturer and did not respond. The icing on the cake is that if the lock breaks in this Polish miracle - which already seems to be happening - neither the manufacturer nor the dealer can get it without the warranty booklet, because of course a completely unique lock goes into it. In short, I don’t recommend tuition for me, and I don’t recommend the Lővér door window company or the Porta Doors company and brand to others at all.
