★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lush itself is nice. But not this store. Always too crowded. It's hard to try products here. Went here removed but neither times can I find what--always out of stuck. I recommend the Lush in West End.

One of the rare places in the capital where you can actually enjoy the very best customer service - every time. High recommendation for this shop!

I have been there on 11th of September.
I was waiting more 8mins to get in. Which would be ok, with a kind explanation for example: sorry, but our system is open only at 10.00 exactly and it shows still 8 minutes instead of the attitude I got.
2 employee was inside they were seemingly try to avoide to look at me. The other 2 when they arrived just casully told me to go away from the door. And when I asked how much has left till open they didn't even look at me while they replied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff they sell is cool, and I would be giving the store 5 stars, if the staff who work there were not that utterly annoying as they are.
They just simply do not leave you alone from the moment you enter the shop. They keep following you around giving you tips on how to use their products, even though you tell them you need no help. They all try to be this super friendly cutie pies, but seriously it is way too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just visited this Lush store and it was our first ever ? There were 3 young women and all of them were willing to help us. Their english was quite good and they really knew their products and even were able to recommend us a few things. Its quite small but full of beautiful stuff which smells gorgeous. We could really feel the good energy here and were leaving happy with excitement to try out all of those products we bought. I will be definetely visiting this Lush store again when I will be in Budapest. Westend is huge and loud but this place is nice and cozy. Girls, you are all doing great and I wish you just the best! I wish I could meet people like these in other stores too. If you need your space, you can happily roam and smell free ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give huge thumbs up to one of girl who is working there , she has this front curtain hair , brownish and long , so cute and so kind ! She is extremely friendly and nicely introduce me about the body spray, she patiently let me tried almost all the body spray , and explain about the scent difference, love her ! God bless her !
Next time if I want to shop there , definitely will seek advice from her :))
