A telefonban az úr arról tájékoztatott, hogyha reggel odaviszem az autót, akkor másnap reggel nyitásra mehetek is érte. Én ez alapján alakítottam a programomat. Amikor odavittem ma reggel az autót,akkor tájékoztattak róla, hogy a kolléga félre informált, max. holnap du mehetek érte... Így amire két hete várok az storno lett, egy belső tisztítás és a lámpak polírozása fért bele a mai napba. Az elvégzett munkával elégedett vagyok, azonban ez így első alkalommal nem volt szimpatikus és emiatt csalódott is vagyok. Javaslom a kollégának a korrekt tájékoztatást az ügyfélelégedettség miatt. 2 weeks ago I got an appointment to fully clean my car (including upholstery). On the phone, the gentleman informed me that if I drove the car in the morning, I could go for it the next morning. That's how I designed my program. When I drove the car this morning, I was informed that my colleague was misinformed, max. tomorrow I can go for it ... So, as I waited two weeks for the storno, an interior cleaning and polishing the lamps fit into today. I am satisfied with the work I have done, but this was not the first time I was sympathetic and that is why I am disappointed. I advise the colleague to get the correct information for customer satisfaction.

Szegény autómat olyan állapotban vittem oda aminél már komolyan szégyelltem magam, és egy olyan autót kaptam vissza amit nehéz volt megkülönböztetni egy szalonautótól. Szívből merem ajánlani ezt a helyet. They are extremely kind, professional and fast. I took my poor car there in a condition where I was already seriously ashamed of myself, and got back a car that was hard to distinguish from a saloon car. I dare wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Csak ajánlani tudom ha jó szervízt keres valaki. A szag maradt, a C oszlop belső műanyagjain maradtak a foltok, kis zugokban maradt a por és a sár, az ajtókárpithoz hozzá sem értek. Az ablakok le sem lettek húzva, hogy teljesen tiszták lehessenek. Jeleztük elégedetlenségünket, amelyre közölték, hogy amit mi szerettünk volna az másik árkategória. Erről érkezésünkkor nem esett szó, a tájékoztatás hiányos és félrevezető volt. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket. We asked for help in upholstery cleaning, complete external and internal cleaning, and odor neutralization. The odor remained, the stains remained on the inner plastics of the C-pillar, the dust and mud remained in small nooks, they did not even touch the door trim. The windows weren't even pulled down so they could be completely clean. We signaled our dissatisfaction, which was communicated to what we wanted in the other price range. This was not discussed when we arrived, the information was incomplete and misleading. I do not recommend them to anyone.
