P	Péter Szokolics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két csomagom is eltűnt Augusztusban. Először egymásra mutogat az üzem és a depó , majd lazán közlik ,hogy nem találják tegyek panaszt.. Panasz - 30nap aztán vagy vissza kapom a pénzem vagy valamit kitalálnak.. My two packages also disappeared in August. First the plant and the depot point at each other and then they loosely state that they can't find me to complain .. Complaint - 30 days then I either get my money back or they figure something out ..

Nevetséges 2021ben... Nyomonkovetesi státusz folyamatosan állítgatva oda-vissza, de közben nem történik kiszállítás. Nem értem ez hogy történhet meg 2021-ben. I have had a high value prepaid package sent from abroad in the country for 12 days. Győr depot has been sitting on it for more than 10 days. In the meantime, they are inaccessible. Ridiculous in 2021 ... Tracking status is constantly set back and forth, but no delivery is made in the meantime. I don’t understand how this could happen in 2021.

Így a kifizetett csomagom nyilván visszakerül a feladónak az ország túlsó felébe. Világ szégyene az mpl. A depót felhívni nem lehet, nem él a telefon. Vicc! For two consecutive days, this unworthy courier failed to pick up the phone and call, though to my knowledge a prescription. Thus, my paid package will obviously be returned to the sender in the other half of the country. World shame on mpl. The depot cannot be called, the phone is not live. Joke!
P	Peter Czondor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olyan alvállakozóval dolgoznak - ViddL - amelyik nincs felkészülve a szolgáltatásra. Nincs banki terminál náluk akkor, amikor pl. az ételfutároknál ez természetes. A rendelésre érkező csomagot nem tudták átadni terminál hiányában - bankkártyás fizetéses rendeles volt -azt meg nem várta meg, amig a 80 m-re levő terminálból KES-t vegyek ki. A mai nap lenne a 2. kivitel, de 8-tól - 14 óráig nem érkezett. A saját hibájukból szívatnak. Ezt a postai szolgáltatást úgy ahogy van meg kell szüntetni. Nem ügyfélbarát ! They work with a subcontractor - ViddL - that is not prepared for the service. They do not have a bank terminal when e.g. for food couriers, this is natural. The package arriving for the order could not be delivered due to the lack of a terminal - it was a credit card payment order - I did not wait until I took KES out of the terminal 80 m away. Today would be the 2nd edition, but it didn’t arrive from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They suck at their own fault. This postal service must be terminated as is. Not customer friendly!
S	Space Art on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicc az egész. A nagyértékű csomag napok óta áll a depóban.. telefonon elérni őket esélytelen. Isten óvjon mindenkit tőlük..! It's a joke. The high-value package has been in the depot for days .. it is impossible to reach them by phone. God forbid everyone from them ..!
E	Erzsébet Dr. Félhelyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hét napja " kézbesítésre előkészítés alatt áll" megjelölés van a csomagomon, de még mindig nem érkezett meg. A telefon fals, nem elérhetők rajta. Tegnap délután írtam a feladónak, ekkor 16.36 órakor megjelent a nyomkövető oldalon: "A címzett nem volt jelen.A címzetettet értesítették". Nem értesítettek, nem hozták ki a csomagot. Felháborító!!!! I have a "getting ready for delivery" mark on my package seven days ago, but it still hasn't arrived. The phone is fake, not available on it. I wrote to the sender yesterday afternoon, at which time he appeared on the tracking page at 4:36 p.m .: "The recipient was not present. The recipient was notified." They did not notify me, they did not bring out the package. Outrageous!!!!
G	Gábor Papp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lassan 10 napja, hogy a győri depóban csücsül "feldolgozás alatt" a csomagom! 10 napig dolgozzák fel? Azta betyár mindenit! Az appon nézve Ménfőcsanakra került, de kiderült, hogy nincs ott, szóval ismét a győri depót hívnám, ha lenne olyan telefonszám ami kicsöng! Szóval, nemhogy nem veszik fel, de még ki sem csöng! Vicc ez a cég, csoda, hogy még egyben van! Ha lenne nullás csillagozás azt kapná! Slowly 10 days ago, my package is in "processing" at the depot in Győr! Is it processed for 10 days? He's out of everything! Looking at the app, it went to Ménfőcsanak, but it turned out that it wasn't there, so I would call the depot in Győr again if there was a phone number that rang!
