G	Gergely Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugyanolyan szutyok, mint maga a Magyar Posta. 5 napba telt nekik egy belföldi csomag kézbesítése 140 km-ről. 3 napot itt dekkolt a csomag!!! Mit csináltak vele addig? Ráadásul úgy kézbesítették, hogy nem is a címzettnek adták át! A futár arra nem képes, hogy megnézze mi van a csengőre írva! Egy nyomozókutyának sokkal több esze van! Munkatàrsunk telefonàlni fog a kézbesìtés elött. MPL" Nem sikerült a 'tisztelt' kollégának kihozni! A telefont azt nem ismeri, mert az enyém meg sem csörrent egész nap, legalább annyit beleböföghetett volna a paraszt hogy túl sok a csomagja, vagy elkapta a cifrafosás és nem tudja kihozni, de semmi. Aztán este fél nyolckor ránézek már A nyomkövetés funkcióban hol lehet a csomagom?? Hát csodák csodája gyerekek! A csomag átvétel meghiúsult! Persze az én hibámbol! Komolyan mondom ilyen egy semmirevaló bandát mint az MPL, szánalmasak, megbízhatatlan nullák. Ha lehetséges lenne egy csillagot sem adnék. Micsoda semmirekellő banda. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket. Telefon ügyfélszolgálat csak 17 óráig!!! Ma már nincs "kézbesítés alatt"! Ez a Magyar Posta MPL szolgáltatása 2021 december 1-én! K	Karola Paizs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A küldeményt három nap lefolyása alatt egyszer sem kísérelték meg kihozni a megadott címre, valamint a nyomonkövetési folyamat során fiktív, meg nem történt szakaszokat írtak bele a küldeménynaplóba, mint " Telefonos egyeztetés a címzettel". Egyetlen telefonhívás sem történt (mint kiderült az ügyfélszolgálattal történő beszélgetés után, érvénytelen számot adott meg a feladó, emiatt is abszurd, hogy a futár állítólag felhívott engem). Ami még ennél is jobban aggaszt, a futárszolgálat nem követte az előírt procedúrát, a harmadszori sikertelen kézbesítés után sem hagytak levet a címen arról, hogy melyik közeli postahivatalból tudom elvenni a csomagot (nagy valószínűséggel a címen sem voltak ezen három nap leforgása alatt) The consignment was never attempted to be delivered to the specified address in the course of three days, and fictitious, non-existent sections were entered in the consignment log during the follow-up process as "Telephone consultation with the consignee".
