Ajanlott levelre rairja, hogy "mai napon atveheto", de pentek leven 17:00-ig "biztos pentek van es lustak voltak athozni" indoklassal nem sikerult a levelemet atadni. Pedig a sorom kivartam, a level 8 nap alatt Kinabol Magyarorszagon volt, 15 nap magyarhoni alldogalas utan kaptam egy ertesitot...jo ez igy? Ha en ilyet csinalok a munkahelyemen, talán masnap mar nem kell bemennem...kritikan aluli a Magyar Posta, es sajnis mar ez a postaallomas is. My general expectation so far about the Hungarian post office was so low. but this time, it touched me with HIS professionality. the story is about my parcel I sent a long time ago from my own country to Hungary disappeared. it has been two and half months since that tracking page doesn't show any. and I tried to reach out through the call center but they had no idea until Attila finds out. he promised me that he is going to call me if he finds out what is going on. I didn't expect that anybody from hu posta would call me back with this matter. but surprisingly he called me back with news related to my parcel. In my experience, this type of professional attitude is sadly rare in Hungary. thanks, Attila! hope for the best for you.
