A	Arjan Lienaerts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't wait to see this place, I'm very interested in Hungarian music. Unfortunately they are closed until the 20th of August 2018. If they had mentioned this on their website I wouldn't be as disappointed as I am now.. :-(
T	TheTommyLu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a disappointment. Part of the information is not a wily in English and you pass in rooms, plenty of instruments but NO sound. No music. I suppose some more ideas could be found to create a little more interaction.

It was well laid out with wall hangings in Hungarian and English, and information cards in other languages as well. The room dedicated to the piano workshop is small but hugely fascinating (though as a pianist I am biased), and it was wonderful to see a range of ages of pianoforte in one room, as opposed to seeing one at a time in a National Trust property in the UK.

The worst thing is that a rude and unpleasant old man told us that we could not enter, that it was closed, at two in the afternoon, when the closing time is 4 pm. When asking for explanations he limited himself to shouting "tomorrow" in a threatening tone
J	Jacob Robert Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely little museum away from the crowds in the castle district. 1000HUF for an adult with a gorgeous collection of old instruments, a small exhibition room, and some samples of the different instruments being played. Very friendly staff. It will take about 10-40 minutes depending on how much time you spend with each exhibit. It looked like a new exhibition space was being decorated as we visited so it may be expanding soon!
