We stayed for one night only, it was perfect. Spacious nicely decorated rooms, well equipped living room and kitchen area, comfortable bed. The staff couldn't be more hospitable and helpful. Good location... I would love to stay here longer next time.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are big and there is a nice courtyard you can sit in and escape in the quietness surrounded by lush garden of greens. There is a lobby area with seating and you can help yourself to coffee from the machine available. Downstairs there is an actual sauna and gym you can use at any time. To activate the sauna, just tell the front desk and they'll turn it on to heat it up for you.

Great experience!!! I came in Jan and stayed there for 7 months. Place is comfy, staff are very friendly and helpful. At the beginning I got a classic suite on the 5th floor, it was nice but it had no balcony, when I asked to get another one with balcony and washing machine, they immediately tried to help and in 3 days I moved to another suite with a big balcony and a washing machine. When I had visitors, they provided extra bed and towels even on short notice. They even provided me with a storage space to keep my car winter tires with no extra fee. There's also sauna and reasonable gym. Location is great, in the heart of the city, everything is a short walking distance away (Herao square, Oktogon, Westend Mall, Andrassy street....and more), and at the same time it's not noisy as other places down town. Overall, it's not a fancy place, but it's a great place for singles and for families, I really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely recommend it!!!

Staff don’t know how to talk, disrespectful, unfriendly. It’s like you beg them to visit their own house and they don’t wish to see you. Specially Dorina or Dorothy, the girl who works at Sunday. I’ll never stay again. Edit: Dear Lilla, I didn't write about fee. The problem was, she don't know how to communicate, she was too agressive, unfriendly. She acted as, we came to visit her home but she hate us. I don't care, it's your hotel, your business. Just know that you have an unfriendly colleagues. Thanks for answer.

Very clean, pleasant and spacious apartment. The accommodation is one step away from everything, but tucked away enough so that no noise can be heard from the boulevard. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed there a month. Great gym to use in the basement. Freindly staff. Calm environment good rooms and facilities. Great location for most of Budapest. A good home from home.

We were very happy to stay there! The apartment was spacious, luxurious, clean and was equipped with everything you might need (including a dishwasher and a washing machine). The staff was very friendly without any exception! Parking is available for a surcharge. It is an underground parking garage spot and you can reserve it in advance. The breakfast was good, they had muesli, cornflakes, fruit, dried fruit, small croissants, cheese, ham, eggs, coffe, bread, sausages, and all the other usual hotel stuff. Cashews were a nice touch. Coffee machine is available throughout the day. A very nice place!
