Can only complement for the treat that I got by the team special Azar . Within 1 day I checked 5 properties that were fit to my request , signed the contract and even moved in . My 5th year in Bp and basically it’s my first good experience , thx again !

Great customer service overall. The agent was very efficient finding us a brilliant place in the heart of Budapest! I would recommend them to anyone!

Avoid this place if you want to have a working internet and a responsive agency. Real shame, the apartment itself was alright and the price was good. Only issue is they don't care about anything once the contract is signed, including things that they breach (contract-wise). If you want to go with them make sure to double check that everything is working before you sign with them. Don't make verbal agreements about anything either because they will not honor it. Some of their employees like Azar Amiri gave it 5 stars in a review so I wouldn't trust their rating.

If you want to find a satisfactory house here is a stupid choice. I chose a house here last year. I recorded all the houses, but when I handed over the house, the people here would not care about these issues but would Therefore, to defraud your deposit will not be returned to you, remember not to choose this one

We paid 1100 Euro for the deposit and after 1 year and we only got 342 Euro when we moved out. The reasons they gave us are very inadequate. This is the worst Israeli house renting company I have ever seen in my life.

Stay away if you dont want to lose your deposit! They wont give it back to you! They bring reasons like your apartment was smelly! And we had to clean it with ozon! Also They send you crazy expenseive electric invoices for small a small apartmeny and they tell you that you havnt paid the monthly fee of the apartment for 4months! And bc of that they wont give you back your deposit..How is that possible?! Are you kiding me? Thives....

Rent with them if you wanna loose your deposit, 2 friends just got scammed with different flats, it seems that they have a great "modus operandi" so they could find the way out to don't give back the deposits.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Although the apartment itself was very nicely furnished and comfortable it was not easy to deal with this rental company. When we first viewed the apartment we were told the property was pet friendly which was what we were looking for, when we signed the lease the day before we moved in, we were told it was not actually pet friendly. Also when we viewed the apartment they told us 'yes we will fix this, we will fix this' but they will not. On multiple occasions someone phoned me from the company asking why we had not paid the rent when we had in fact paid it some days before. I always sent the bank transfer receipt so it seems that the communication within the company is very poor. We started having problems with our boiler about 2 weeks after we moved in. This resulted us in not having hot water for three out of the five months we stayed there. They did give us a 25% discount on the monthly rent but in my opinion it was not enough. During this time it was very hard to contact this company. If you phone them they will ask you to please send an email and then they will not respond to your email for some days. even if it is a serious issue like not having hot water. They even once suggested that we try to fix the problem ourselves if we were not happy with their service. (Which is their job and what they are paid to do??) I did get my deposit back eventually but it was supposed to be after 20 days as stated in the contract. It took almost 2 months of me emailing and phoning on a regular basis. If I had not done this I am assuming we wouldn't have received our deposit at all. We ended up moving out one month early and still paying the rent because we just couldn't deal with them anymore. We had a terrible experience please stay away.
