★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for our needs as a hen party as big spacious rooms with everything you need to spend a long weekend and good hot shower. However the apartments need some attention. A cupboard door fell off onto my hand. Curtains weren't fixed properly.Sofa was broken. Mattresses don't fit the bed frames so fall off (or you do). Exposed wires in the electrical boxes in the hallways. Poorly lit hallways. Very noisy at night. Local area felt slightly unsafe but we were fine as a group. Would go here again for this purpose but wouldn't bring children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction area right down the back block. The drilling from 07:00 to 17:00 unbearable!! They told us the construction will be ready next year on summer. So keep it in mind.
Other than than that the place is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not argue with the value for money of this place. My particular apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I was lucky to have one with a balcony which was great for breakfast sitting watching Budapest workers starting the day. Everything i needed was here and it helped having a 24/7 reception. Although other than check in & out i didnt need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing value for money! The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was powerful. The staff were helpful and arranged airport tramsfers for us. €32 from the airport, €28 back. The apartments were a 10 minute walk to the food market and another 5 minutes into the centre. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

So close to everything!
Altough i was renting only a half year, the flat is well equiped, rooms are good organized, people / manager are really nice, helpful and kind.
The view at the roof is amazing.
Wish to revisit as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the single worst stay I've ever had.
I give it two stars because the staff at reception were kind and efficient and the apartment was fairly clean.
The third star is for unbeatable price and a great location next to Corvin.
However:
It's noisy! And I'm not a light sleeper.
After the first night's sleep we were woken up by a construction site right outside our window.
Hoping to get some sleep that afternoon, an adjacent apartment was blasting music for hours on end.
Finally, the following night there was a party nearby blasting more music until at least 3 am, when we left.
I understand most of these things are beyond the owner's control, but renting out rooms right across from a construction site and having such terrible sound insulation are not beyond their control.
If you choose to stay here, bring ear plugs.
