They confirmed our reservation, but when we arrived, nobody was there. We called them, and they said it was a mistake, they have no empty rooms.. They did not help us to find another accommodation and did not pay the money back.

When me and my girlfriend arrived at the hotel we had no help in finding the room, there was no sign or bell and no use in calling the hotel owner. As we were lucky, we found a couple living in the building and they helped as find the room. It is on the 5th floor of a two-stair building. After that, we had been waiting for 45 minutes for a girl, that we informed a day before our arrival about the time we aspected to be at the hotel and called many times in order to answer. When she got us to the room, it looked nice and as it was in photos. But all towels were dirty and when we told her that we want new ones, she gave us dirtier than the previous. We asked her about the room cleaning and she told us that if we need towels we can ask her. 5 days noone cleaned the room or threw thw rubbish,but we were informed about that from previous feedback. Also, we found two cockroaches and the floor was not completely clean. Last but not least we had problems with the shower since day three but the last day the showet was cloged and we couldnt have a bath because of the water. This hotel was the worst experience i have ever had in hotels and i surely do not recommend it,but if you do not believe one try can convince you.

Honestly very far from the title “suites”, a middle rate hostel is much better than this “property”. Dirty, no service in our 4 nights stay, no new towels, cockroaches (we found 2), no hot water after 23:00, never no one at reception. If you like to enjoy Budapest and not worrying about your accommodation on your holiday, book somewhere else.

Very excellent location, close to shop, restaurant, metro, shopping malls. Room was very clean, very polite people. I needed some info about budapest, and they helped me a lot. I loved this place

The property is prefect for couple, friends and family. We spent two nights with a group of a family. The room was clean, warm and cozy. They have provided clean towels, shampoo and necessary stuff. The reception was really polite and helpful. We had some problems during our stay in the city and even they helped us to fix those problems, even though it wasn’t really their job to help, but they did help us a lo.
