★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visszavittem egy Nedis Bluetooth hangszórót mert elromlott 2 hét alatt, másfél hónap alatt nem kaptam semmi értesítést hogy mi a helyzet a hangszóróval miközben a koléga mondta hogy 2 hét után mindenképp tájékoztat. Irtam e-mailt hogy mi a helyzet és megkaptam a valaszt hogy a gyarto mar visszatéritette a pénzt de érdekes szolni nem szóltak volna hogy amugy nem lehet megjavitani es kuldjek szamlaszamot... Bezzeg ha fordítva lenne hogy ők nem kapjak meg az ellenértékét a terméknek biztos habozás nélkül cselekednének... Nem vagyok megelégedve ugy gondolom ez a 21. században már nem kéne hogy problémát okozzon.
I took back a Nedis Bluetooth speaker because it broke down in 2 weeks, I didn’t get any notice of what was going on with the speaker in a month and a half while my colleague said he would keep me informed after 2 weeks. I wrote an e-mail about the situation and I received the answer that the manufacturer had already returned the money but it would not have been interesting to say that it could not be repaired anyway and I would send an account number ... they would act without hesitation ... I'm not satisfied I don't think this should be a problem in the 21st century.
