Tájékoztattak, hogy sok volt a megrendelés, pár napot csúsznak. Június 28-án megérkezett végül. Kibontottam, felpróbáltam, kishíján sírtam. A bal lábra való kicsi lett, míg a jobbos nagy volt. A márkajelzések kopottak. A baloson RAGASZTÓMEGFOLYÁS VOLT A TALPRÉSZEN!!! Büdös, kínai szaga volt az egésznek. A honlapon úgy hirdetik, hogy textil a talp... Nos ez masszív gumitalp. Telefonáltam, reklamáltam, törzsvásárlónak ilyet ide mertek küldeni EGY JAVÍTOTT GAGYI SZANDÁLT?! Küldjem vissza postán, jött a válasz. Na mondom saját költségen? Nem én hibáztam! Oké, küldenek futárt, nem tudja mikor jön és nem fognak értesíteni sem. Nem gond! Csere 3 hét!!!!!! Terhes vagyok, nagy pocakkal. Azért szeretem a Walkmaxxaimat, mert nem fáj bennük a lábam. Ezt a szandált is azért vettem. Az ő buta rendszerük miatt szenvedjek még 3 hetet. Mire megszülök, ide fog érni kb?! Felháborító! I ordered 4. Walkmaxxomat on June 21st. Abszolút nem szégyenkeztem amíg ott dolgoztam, mert ismerik az emberek a Dormeot meg a többi márkát, és tudja mindenki hogy nem átverés. Tényleg lehet rengeteg pénzt is keresni, de csak ha minden nap, de legalább minden héten hajlandó vagy szembenézni azzal, hogy rajtad múlik, mennyit adsz el, és felelősséget vállalsz a teljesítményedért. Arra számíts hogy az első pár hónapban rossz lesz a fizetés, de utána átraknak máshova, ha már bele jöttél, és ott alapból többet kereshetsz. Egy hét elteltével felhívtam őket, hogy valamilyen információt kapjak. Nem tudtak semmit mondani, majd jelentkeznek ha van információjuk. Később végül vissza hívtak, hogy elfogyott a termék és ami van a raktáron az már másé, így nekem visszautalják a pénzt (ezzel semmi baj nem lenne, ha nem lenne rendelhető a mai napig a honlapjukon....) Mivel csütörtökön szóltak, így már közölték hogy csak a jövő héten tudják vissza utalni a pénzemet (ami megint furcsa kicsit) Mai nappal meg felhívtak hogy sajnos nem tudnak utalni.. technikai okok miatt, ekkora cég? Így postával küldik és majd valamikor megkapom.. Szerintem jogos az egy csillag hisz három hét alatt se a terméket (amit így már nem is szeretnék) se a pénzemet nem kaptam vissza! Hat boltot hívtam (Savoya parki bolt próbált segíteni, nekik köszönöm), de sehol sem volt, sohasem kaptak belőle. Vevőszolgálatot nem tudtam felhívni 5 perc után sem vették fel, igaz később visszahívtak. Semelyik bolt készletére sem látnak rá. Hoppon maradtam. Eddig sem vásároltam tőlük, ezután sem fogom ezt tenni. Nem ajánlom a céget. They advertised a special product on their site, with the keyword store sale. I called them. They indicated that this product is not available from them, please call the other stores. I called six shops (Savoya park shop tried to help, thank them) but it was nowhere to be found, they never got it. I couldn't call customer service even after 5 minutes they were picked up, though they called me back later. They don't see it in any store's stock. I stayed in hop. Elmodták még, hogy a póstán ingyen fel tudjuk adni nekik. A póstán elmondták, hogy nem tudjuk ingyen feladni nekik, mert nincsenek benne valami listába. Nem került sokba nyeltem egyet kifizettem, ha már elmásztam a póstáig. Mai napon megkaptam a csomagot bontatlanul ráírva, hogy átvétel megtagadva...(a visszaküldés költsége is rám terhelődött) A TERMÉKRE 5 ÉVES KITERJESZTETT GARANCIÁT VÁSÁROLTAM! I bought a Delimano multipraktik 7 in 1 product from them. It worked well for 1 month and then the part of the cutter disintegrated. I called them and told me to send them back. They also woke up so we could give them away for free at the post office. The postman was told we couldn’t give them away for free because they weren’t on something on the list. It didn’t cost much I swallowed one I paid if I had already climbed to the post. Today I received the package unopened stating that acceptance has been refused ... Felhívott telefonon valaki Önöktől, hogy kiválasztották a férjemet egy nagy nyereményre, így hatalmas kedvezménnyel rendelhetek egy takarót és egy párnát. Kapok még hozzá 9000 Ft kedvezményt is. Addig erősködött, hogy megrendeltem. Megérkezett a párna és a takaró + ég valami, amiről nem tudom, hogy mi, nem kértem, de sokba került: egy kuponfüzet, amit valóban 9000 Ft kedvezményt ad a következő vásárlásokból, de nem egyben, hanem részletekben, tehát elég sok dolgot kellene vásárolni ahhoz, hogy a 9000 Ft kedvezményt megkapjuk. A számlán szerepel egy tétel: exclusive club membership 15.999 Ft-ért, amit nem kértem, 1 db. takaró 2.999 Ft-ért (kedvezményesen), valamint 1 db. párna 0 Ft-ért. Így az egész 18.998 Ft volt. Ha ugyanezt megveszem máshonnan, akkor a párna és a takaró mindösszesen 13.000 Ft-ba kerülne kedvezmények nélkül. Gondolom, a nagy kedvezmény csak úgy jár, ha megveszem azt a bizonyos exclusive club kártyát, amire semmi szükségem. Itt a csalás. Köszönöm, innen többé nem vásárolunk.
