I even told myself the other day that you don't want to go to the Marble Restaurant in the Oven? Maybe you're going there on Wednesday, and it's not that far away. . . and after cold roaming through the northern part of Gerecse, I finally found Süttő. Next to the main road is the Marble Restaurant, not to be missed. From there there is only the icy Danube bank, nothing else. So, the Marble. . . parking in the yard. I didn't have to fight with anyone for the place, the parking lot was empty. The restaurant, too, but then a lady looked out of the kitchen and discovered it. Sit where I want. Really, every table is empty. Well, I picked one. There’s a good buzzword on the menu, crushed soup. I come across this relatively rarely. In fact! Then there will be one, and I was seduced almost right at the top of the list on the deep-fried liver, and I also swayed a little on the grated liver because it can be obtained less often, but, I thought, the deep-fried hit was hoped for more security. And in the spirit of that, I ordered. I'm not exaggerating, I got it very soon! Other times I mysteriously wait for soups, it came almost immediately now, it was warm and surprisingly delicious! I was expecting it to be full of hard, chewy pieces of bruise, but no, it was soft, no wonder, I can only praise it! The fried liver was also beautiful to the eye, but then there was something in it. . . something homely. The housewife is often used in a positive sense, but this does not fully cover it here now. It had an aftertaste, it had a nostalgic home-made feel to it, it was as if something had been made in oil that had already been seen a lot, not exactly the liver flavor. The puree was not a great addition either, a medium of texture and taste. The cucumber salad, on the other hand, met every need, it was hit normally. In the meantime, we talked to the lady, we exchanged a lot of opinions in a short time, about the children who come to the canteen from schools, the attitude of the age, the relationship between man and life, that is, food. It was good to chat here. I recommend the place to other people! (add that a plate of almost empty cucumbers was watching from the table next door, perhaps shouting for the owner who had left him before...)
