Az általános tapasztalatom az,hogy az eladók nem kedvesek,nem kommunikativak,az interneten rendelt dolgokat pedig nem csomagolják be kellően. Az erről az oldalról rendelt dolgok hihetetlen odafigyeléssel voltak becsomagolva és nagyon gyorsan ideértek. A csomagot tegnap délben kaptam meg,egy termék hiányzott. Felhívtam a boltot,bár nagy reményeket nem fűztem hozzá,hiszen átvétel előtt nem ellenőriztem,gondoltam a legolcsóbb termék volt,be kell nyelnem. DE! Hihetetlen módon kedves és segítőkész volt az úriember,elnézést kért, (a Kikaban majdnem leszedték a fejem,mert szólni mertem,hogy elírták a számlát)és ma délelőtt már meg is kaptam a csomagot! Én már csak innen fogok rendelni és az ügyfélszolgálatnak is külön adnék 5 csillagot. :) I’ve been shopping for my start-up in many places lately. My general experience is that sellers are not kind, not communicative, and things ordered online are not packaged properly. Things ordered from this site were packed with incredible attention and got here very quickly. I received the package at noon yesterday, one product was missing. I called the store, although I did not have high hopes for it, as I did not check before receipt, I thought it was the cheapest product, I have to swallow. BUT! The gentleman was incredibly kind and helpful, he apologized (in Kika they almost took my head off because I dared to say they wrote the bill) and I already received the package this morning! I will only order from here and I would give customer service 5 stars separately. :)
