Az egész Aréna Plázában lévő személyzet a nagy nullával ér fel. Hárman hajtogatják a ruhát hátha gyorsabban telik az idő. Customer service nem létezik az üzletben. Még jó,hogy prémium kiemelt márka szeretne lenni, bár a Zara szintjén megrekedt. A többi személyzet beszélget,nem zavarja őket,hogy bőrkabátokat nézegetek a barátnőmmel. Semmi gond,neten meglehet rendelni. Értem én,hogy az Inditex-en belül jobban fizetettek az eladók,mint a többi brandjüknél,de akkor is leszállhatna az eladó a földre. Szól az ember kedvesen,hogy utána tudna nézni,hogy van XL es méretben kabát. Válasz: "Hát megnézhetem!" Az üzletvezető helyében azonnal elbocsátanám az ilyen embert. Úgy látszik a lelkiismeretes, vevőzni képes munkaerő már Bécsben,Londonban stb. helyen van.

Magas árak, silány minőség.. Sajnos rengeteget romlott a színvonal. Most már egy h&m szintjén van kb. Szomorú, mert korábban noha nem volt olcsó, de tényleg szuper dolgaik voltak.
High prices, poor quality .. Unfortunately, the standard has deteriorated a lot. It is now at the level of an H&M app. Sad because they weren't cheap before but they really had super stuff.

Rendszeres vásárló vagyok a Massimonal, de az Arena plázában 2 éve voltam utoljara. Sajnos a kiszolgálás minőség nagyon gyenge lett. Teljesen levegonek neztek 5-10 percig miutan jeleztem, hogy átvenném a rendelésemet. Értem én, hogy már fizettem, de azért még vevőnek számítok, nem?
I am a regular customer at Massimonal, but I have been in the Arena for 2 years. Unfortunately, the quality of service has become very weak. They were completely airy for 5-10 minutes after I indicated that I would take over my order. I understand that I've already paid, but I'm still a buyer, isn't it?

Régebben itt a vásárlót megbecsülték. Jó volt itt vásárolni, mert az egységes megjelenésű dolgozók segítőkészek voltak. Méretet, színt adtak, sőt: ötletet a szetthez. Mára (pontosabban tegnapra) már nemhogy nem segítőkészek, hanem egyenesen faragatlanok. Az uniformis megmaradt. De nulla kiszolgálás. Nulla segítőkészség. A boltvezető pedig egyenesen a képedbe hazudik arról, amiről kettő perce a saját élményed meggyőzött. Én a teljes tegnapi bandát utcára raknám ha az én boltomat pusztítanák így.
The buyer used to be valued here. It was good to shop here because the uniform-looking workers were helpful. They added size, color, and even an idea for the set. Today (more precisely yesterday) they are no longer not helpful, but downright uncarved. The uniform remained. But zero service. Zero helpfulness. And the store manager lies right in your picture about what you were convinced of by your own experience two minutes ago. I would put the whole band yesterday on the street if my shop were destroyed like this.

Unhelpful service and rude staff. Visited the store 1 day prior to sale launch, online there was already a sale and it was obvious that the store was prepared for it, also the red labels were tucked into the actual clothing items. Asked one of the cashiers if it was possible to buy one of the coats on a discounted price. She said no, and there was no chance that i saw sale prices... we went to the coats and the red price tags fell out. Sorry this service was quite embarrassing and a joke, not what you would expect there.

I took my scooter to this store, and the clerk unreasonably told me not to touch their carpets with the scooter. Oh, sorry I can’t fly, and the carpets are not for humans to step on. I don’t know this store. What kind of customers are you looking forward to, it’s best to levitate or fly, otherwise you will offend the same distinguished clerk when you touch the noble carpet while shopping in the store????????
