The quality of the product received was defective, damaged, the administration was cumbersome and problematic, and the attitude of the store also left something to be desired (serial, unfulfilled promises, procrastination, draft, etc.). Despite weighing 7 pounds - it was wrapped in single-ply corrugated paper (rather than a box), without foil under the paper, so that even the cellux was peeled off the paper. The fittings are sprinkled between the shelves. The package arrived open and the sheets were damaged in several places during packaging. The product may have been shipped or the furniture may have been damaged due to slendry packaging. The error was reported immediately. They tried to blame the courier service for the scrap furniture and also charge them a refund for the price of the product. In the end, however, Matrackuckó settled the material ones. However, despite their repeated promises, we were unable to return the product. The company arranged for the shelf to be delivered to GLS with us for inspection (this also did not go smoothly). Only then were we able to get rid of the scrap product that took up unnecessary space with us. When buying online, the buyer has the right of withdrawal, especially if the product is defective. We could not fully exercise this right because the furniture was not taken back by the company. Surprisingly, the store clerk justified the scandalously sloppy packaging by saying that they always pack it that way, putting only the furniture in paper and the large mattresses in TESCO-nylon-thin foil. Therefore, the company is not suitable to order delivery from them! Following our correspondence and phone conversations, we wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to blame their own mistakes on their response to us or the courier company, because in our experience, they have problems with attitude, self-criticism, and fairness.
