A matrac remek és az ígért határidőre pontosan és gond nélkül leszállították, amelyet ezúton is köszönök. Csak ajánlani tudom őket. I	I. Fási on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lányom gerincsérv problémája miatt kerestünk neki matracot. A Matracom Mintaboltban megkaptuk az ehhez szükséges maximális szakmai segítséget. Bőven volt választék is, minőségben és árkategóriában is, és az általunk megszabott szűk határidőre is ígéretet kaptunk, azonban a gyártónál problémák adódtak, a COVID miatt nem tudták legyártani a kiválasztott matracot. A boltból értesítettek erről, és már keresték is a megoldást. Végül ugyanabban az árkategóriában jobb minőségű matracot kaptunk egy másik gyártótól a kívánt határidőre (ha nem jött volna meg, akkor a földön aludtunk volna...). Még egy probléma adódott: a kiszállítást ez a másik gyártó végezte volna, de elromlott a szállító jármű, így 1 nap késéssel kaptuk volna a matracot, de a Matracom Mintabolt talált erre is megoldást, nem kellett a földön aludni. Természetesen a matrac is nagyon kényelmes! Összességében a boltot és a termékeket is csak ajánlani tudom! Because of my daughter's spinal hernia problem, we were looking for a mattress for her. At the Matracom Sample Store, we received the maximum professional assistance needed for this. There was also plenty of choice, both in quality and price range, and we were promised for the tight deadline we set, but there were problems with the manufacturer, they could not produce the selected mattress due to COVID. They notified me of this from the store and they were already looking for a solution. Eventually, in the same price range, we got a better quality mattress from another manufacturer by the desired deadline (if it hadn’t come, we would have slept on the ground ...). There was another problem: the delivery would have been made by this other manufacturer, but the transport vehicle broke down, so we would have received the mattress 1 day late, but the Matracom Sample Shop found a solution for this as well, we did not have to sleep on the floor. Of course, the mattress is also very comfortable! Overall, I can only recommend the store and the products!

Úgy gondolom, hogy egy 140x200-as ágyrácshoz illene adni egy középtartó lécet is, ez itt elmaradt, anélkül pedig használhatatlan, mert besüllyed. Ezen felül az összes léc szálkás volt, néhol 5 centis darabok lógtak ki. De legalább a futár mindenféle előzetes értesítés nélkül reggel 5:45-kor megérkezett. The screws in the package were not fixed in one place, I couldn't believe what the ikás note was. I think it would be appropriate to add a center batten to a 140x200 bed frame, which is left out here, and without it it is useless because it sinks. In addition, all the slats were fibrous, with 5-centimeter pieces hanging out in some places. But at least the courier arrived at 5:45 in the morning without any prior notice.

Örömmel tapasztaltam ugyanezt a mai napon! Kiváló kiszolgálás, közvetlenség, segítőkészség és minőségi matracok. Ismét 2 db új matracot vásároltam náluk. Csak így tovább! That's what I call it! K	Kovács Edith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rokonok ajánlásával választottuk ezt boltot. Màrcius elején megrendeltem a matracot, pár nap múlva telefonáltam megbeszéltük a szállítást. Pénteki napra vártam,megérkezett a futár a matracom nélkül. (Ö nem látta a raktárban a matracot). Jött a 4 napos ünnep így csak következő hét szerdán érkezett meg a matrac. 1 nap múlva helyére akartam tenni , kiderült,hogy 2 cm- rel nagyobb,lelóg az àgybetètről. Azonnal jeleztem , ők pedig a gyártónak továbbították a panaszom, cserét ígértek..Meg mindig várjuk a matracot már több mint 2 hete. Hibás matracot kerülgetjük a lakásba, ami nagyon nehéz,mert 180x 200 cm matracról van szó. Èn többször telefonáltam a gyártónak, de mindig van valami kifogás.Nekünk mi közünk van a gyártóhoz.?? Nem tőle rendeltem,hiába szóltunk ,hogy nekem másmilyen matrac is megfelelne,drágább is..,de segítséget nem kaptunk . Csak ezt cserélik. We chose this store with the recommendation of relatives. (She didn't see the mattress in the warehouse). The 4-day holiday came so the mattress arrived only the following Wednesday. After 1 day I wanted to put it in place, it turned out that it was 2 cm bigger, hanging from the mattress. I signaled immediately and they forwarded my complaint to the manufacturer, promising a replacement. We have always been waiting for the mattress for more than 2 weeks. We move a faulty mattress into the apartment, which is very difficult because it is a 180x 200 cm mattress. I have called the manufacturer several times, but there is always an objection. We have something to do with the manufacturer. ?? I didn't order from him, we said in vain that a different mattress would suit me, more expensive .. but we didn't get help. That's all they change.
