Bútor hibásan érkezett, a szállítók úgy csináltak mintha szívességet tennének nekem hogy kihozzák, holott nem volt olcsó a szállítás. Miután pár éve több százezer forinttért náluk rendeltük meg a bútort, mi is is azt gondoltuk, hogy jó választás volt. Aztán az általuk kiküldött szakembernek nem mondható gárda, úgy szerelte össze a bútort, hogy az több helyen megsérült, a fogantyúk ferdék voltak, és a lábazatot is elég cefetül szerelté fel. A hibákról jegyzőkönyvet vettünk fel, melyet a cégvezető is aláírt, amelyben többek között szerepelt, hogy az ajtókat lecserélik, és a lábazat hibáit is javítják, új lábazatot szerelnek fel. Szerepelt továbbá a jegyzőkönyvben, hogy a lábazathoz megrendelt és kifizetett vízzárónak csak egy része érkezett meg és ezt pótolni fogják. Az ajtókat hosszú levelezgetés, telefonálás, és ráhatást követően végül lecserélték, de a lábazat még ma is olyan, ahogy azt feltették, és a vízzárókat sem szállították ki. Az egészben az a legszebb, hogy amikor egy hasonló értékelésben ezt leírtuk, ügyvéd bevonásával fenyegettek meg minket. The most beautiful thing about it all is that when we described this in a similar assessment, we were threatened with the involvement of a lawyer. Unfortunately, there is no longer any consumer protection, so we filed a complaint with the chamber and the district court as well, but no proceedings were initiated, despite everything being documented with documents and pictures.
