Az üzlet bejárata előtt várakoztam 35 percet és senki sem jött vissza. Közben hívtam a céget a honlapon megadott telefonszámon, azt sem vették fel. Még az ajtón is kopogtattam, hátha...Így 35 perc után eljöttem. Úgy gondolom, hogy ez abszolút nem felel meg a "Rögtön jövök" kiírásnak. Ha tudtam volna, akkor nem vártam volna ennyi időt mindhiába. Mindeközben jött egy másik "potenciális vásárló", aki amint meglátta a feliratot, felháborodott, hogy már megint nincsenek bent és tovább is állt. Azt hiszem, hogy ez mindent elárul. Úgy gondolom, hogy az idő drága pénz, ezt tiszteletben kellene tartania az üzletnek is és legalább pontosan tájékoztathatná a vásárlókat, hogy mikor tartózkodnak az üzletben. Soha nem írtam még negatív kritikát, de ez felháborító volt. I arrived at the store on Thursday afternoon at 2:25 p.m., which had the words "I'll be right there" on the front door. I waited 35 minutes in front of the store entrance and no one came back. In the meantime, I called the company on the phone number provided on the website, they didn’t even pick it up. I even knocked on the door to see if ... So I came after 35 minutes. I don't think that's absolutely in line with the "I'll be right back" call. If I had known, I would not have expected so much time in vain. Meanwhile, another "potential buyer" came, who, as soon as he saw the sign, was outraged that they were no longer inside and stood on. I think that betrays everything. I think time is precious money, this should be respected by the business as well and at least it could inform the customers exactly when they are in the business. I’ve never written negative criticism before, but it was outrageous.
