★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Második MBT futócipőmet vettem. Az elsőt 2 évig használtam, ezért gondoltam veszek egy verseny cipőt. 4 hónap után (300 - 400 km) lekopott a talpa. Amikor visszavittem, hiszen 6 hónap garancia van rá 2,5 hetet vártam, hogy történjen valami. Leveleimre nem válaszoltak, telefonon senki semmilyen felvilágosítást nem tudott adni. Szakvélemény szerint nem javítható, de cserét nem kaptam, mert állítólag nem rendeltetésszerűen használtam. Kérdem én a futócipő nem futásra való, mert csak edzésen és versenyen volt a lábamon! Sajnos mivel nem segítőkészek kénytelen vagyok a fogyasztóvédelemhez fordulni.
I bought my second MBT running shoe. I used the first one for 2 years, so I thought I’d buy a race shoe. After 4 months (300 - 400 km) his soles wore off. When I took it back, since I have a 6 month warranty on it, I waited 2.5 weeks for something to happen. My letters were not answered, no one could give any information over the phone. According to expert opinion, it could not be repaired, but I did not receive a replacement because I allegedly did not use it as intended. I ask the running shoes are not for running because I was only on training and racing on my feet! Unfortunately, as I am not helpful, I am forced to turn to consumer protection.

Viszont online rendelest gond nélkül le tudtam adni s nem jelezte ki, hogy bezart a bolt.
