★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emlékeztem régről, hogy itt ki van rakva sokféle periféria számítógéphez, pl. egér, meg lehet próbálni őket vásárlás előtt melyik kényelmes melyik nem. Egerek összehányva egymás hegyén hátán, amit kinéztem az nincs kitéve, kibontani nem lehet természetesen, gondoltam megveszem, annyira nincs rossz áron (értsd csak 1-2 ezressel drágább mint máshol) ha nem áll kézre visszaviszem.
Használtam összesen talán 1-2 órát szöveg egérpadon, de nem vették vissza, mert nagyon karcosak a tappancsai (nem azok egyébként) a tanács, legközelebb rendeljem online, ott vissza tudom küldeni. Kérdem én, ügyfélmegtartás céljából mi a különbség az online visszaküldött egér vagy az én ránézésre 0km-es egerem visszavétele között? Igen, az egyik jogszabály, a másik meg ügyfélmegtartás lenne ill. lett volna.
De köszönöm a tanácsot, legközelebb így fogok tenni, bemegyek, megtapogatom, megnézem ha épp ki van téve és megrendelem majd online. Bár ezek után 100%, hogy nem a médiamarkt onlinetól...
 I remembered a long time ago that there are many different types of computer peripherals here, e.g. mouse, you can try them before buying which is convenient which is not. Mice squatting on each other's backs, what I looked at is not exposed, can not be unfolded of course, I thought I'd buy it, so not at a bad price (understand only 1-2 thousand more expensive than elsewhere) if you can not get it back.
I used a total of maybe 1-2 hours of text on my mouse pad, but it wasn’t taken back because my paws are very scratched (not anyway) on the board, next time I order online, there I can send it back. I ask, what is the difference between returning a mouse returned online or retrieving a 0km mouse at a glance for customer retention? Yes, one would be legislation, the other would be customer retention. it would have been.
But thanks for the advice, next time I will do it, I will go in, feel it, see if it is currently exposed and order it online. Although after that it is 100% that it is not from the media market online ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience again. However my mom also told me stories from this branch. What I’ve experienced is the 20 vendor who’s job is supposed to be helping clients and sell products, standing in groups and avoiding from the contact with customers. When I asked somebody for help, they were almost like angry, that I have the audicity to ask for help. Horrible customer service, and poor knowledge about their products. We were like 30min in the shop and nobody asked us if we need help. When I was reaching out to some vendor they literally ran away. All problem could be solved with changing the entire staff and give some course and knowledge about customer service and how to sell more…I wouldn’t go back again tho.
