Feleségemnek vásároltam egy cipőt - igaz, hogy 2017.február végén - ajándékba . Az ajándékot egy hete adtam át (a választott cipő nem az alacsony kategóriába tartozik anyagilag). Sajnos az ajándékba adott cipő kicsi lett. Szombathelyen, a Family Centerben lévő üzletükben - ahol vásároltuk - örömmel vettük észre mai napon egy számmal nagyobb, ami tökéletesen megfelelne. Kérdeztük az eladót, hogy nem-e tudnánk kicserléni erre a méretre (mivel nem volt használva, sértetlen, eredeti dobozban, eladható állapotban van) . Igaz, hogy törvényileg ennyi idő elteltével nem kötelező kicserélni, de ez csak a bolt jóindulatán múlik. Több családtagom is dolgozik a kereskedelemben, más helyen rugalmasan kezelik az ilyesmit eltelt időtől függetlenül. Várom visszajelzésüket a közös megoldás érdekében. Sorry, the gift shoes were small. In Szombathely, our store in the Family Center where we bought it, we were delighted to see a larger one today that would fit perfectly. We asked the seller if we could not replace it to this size (since it was not used, it is intact, in its original box, for sale). It is true that it is not legally required to replace after this time, but it is up to the goodwill of the shop. Pár nap múlva csörög a telefon, hogy megérkezett a cipő, a pénztárban átvehetem, rendben, akkor délután jövök. 43-as helyett egy 40-es cipő volt a dobozban. Az árukérő lapot helyesen töltötték ki, viszont mielőtt a vevőt iderángatják nem bírták nemhogy a dobozt kinyitni, a doboz oldalát sem megnézni, hogy legalább méretre az érkezett-e meg amit kértek. Két óra utazgatást és 4000 Ft üzemanyagpénzt buktam az ostobaságuk miatt. A söpredék eladók még egy elnézéskérésre sem voltak képesek.
