I can only repeat the manifestations before me! I urge everyone to put the ball in this store. The seller was terribly disgusted and handling, he should have nothing to do with the trade because he clearly could not communicate. Based on previous reports, the level does not improve. It's really not worth going in there !!

I have been in this business for several years. They were never disgusted, in fact! I am always satisfied I leave them, kind, helpful, precise. Whether it’s a knee brace, a running shoe insert, a street shoe insert, or a kid’s insert, they have the perfect expertise. I can only recommend it to everyone.

I've been in the store for a couple of years. I was pleased to see that the staff has not changed! This time, too, I had a kind, courteous, attentive service, keeping to the dates.

I was in the store a couple of months ago to buy a knee brace. I had a helpful and courteous service, keeping to the time. The professional experience and competence of the seller lady should be evaluated separately. I can only recommend.

The tone the "treasurer" speaks in this store is quite outstanding. The one after me received the answers in a similar tone. Never again here or in their other store (there are four more in Budapest).

On March 18, 2022, I visited the Dr. Orto specialty store on Rottenbiller Street. I first went to adjust my Starflex goose foot pad in 2015 also at the Rottenbiller Street specialty store, then in 2019 I needed to adjust again, but already in Béke Street. One of the goose insoles was broken a little in one place both times, but the alignment was done both times. The tiny fracture has remained unchanged since then. In both places it was said that approx. Wait 30 minutes, 1 hour using the insert to keep the alignment stable, not to form after adjustment. After the deposit cools down I can use it afterwards. There was no problem with these two places. However, on March 18, 2022, the training style of the cashier or the woman sitting behind the counter was repulsive, the biggest problem may have been that she had to work again that day for pay, or that my Starflex goosefoot was approx. He is 15 years old and doing his job flawlessly. He came close, chances are they won't adjust because "you can't adjust indefinitely." I told him they had done it twice before. I knew right away from his style and comments that it was going to be about withdrawing money. I laughed at that to myself. Then I went into the examination room, where a man looked at my deposit and then told me that "he won't touch it because he'll cut his hand with it and then he'll be forced to go on sick pay." I laughed and told him after his printed text that he had done it twice so far and one had happened in this business. Afterwards, he said that he said that there was no deposit in good condition, because he thought it was faulty, a little broken, and so on. while he has had no problems with it for 15 years. It was clear from his style that the goal was to withdraw money. If it’s really bad, it can be presented in a different way, not with that kind of text. I finally made another deposit for me in a few minutes, so I now have a reserve in case I break the 15-year deposit. He said he admires that my feet have not been deformed so that my foot result has never been so beautiful based on their monitor image! I would have just put the pad in my boots when I asked him what he was doing, as I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for it to cool down and then I can only use it. Then he said, "I know this wrong." By the time I approached him, my attention had been drawn to this in this and in the shop on Béke Street! He said "he mustn't have visited me then", so he certainly didn't! It’s not enough to have uncarved labor in this business, but you haven’t even touched it !!!! Of course, I'll pick up the warm and new deposit and by the time I get to the Eastern Railway Station I can take it back to reformat it! I'm sure I won't come to this store again. I never had a problem with customer service, and even last time I was called back to make an appointment.
