★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vigyázat!!! Megtévesztés , csak látvány tervek és alaprajz jóváhagyott építési engedély hiánya csak régi 2016 os engedélyek- senki nem látta. Dr Havas Eszter ügyvéd az eladó érdekeit képviseli de a vevő fizeti. A határidő folyamatosan csúszik. Az ígért közösségi terek csökkentek a helyét új lakások foglalják el. Pénzügyi nehézségek láthatóak késve fizet a cég és 2020 márciusában a NAV adós listáján is szerepelt 2 hétig.
Caution!!! Deception, only visual plans and floor plans approved lack of building permits only old 2016 permits- no one saw. Dr. Eszter Havas's lawyer represents the interests of the seller but the buyer pays. The deadline is constantly slipping. The promised communal spaces have been reduced to replace new homes. Financial difficulties can be seen in the late payment of the company and in March 2020 the NAV was listed on the debtor for 2 weeks.
