★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Labor vizsgálatra jelentkeztem, de már sz ügyfélszolgálatos hölgy sem tudott megfelelő jájékoztatást adni. Rossz vizsgálatot rögzített, amit a helyszínen csak nagyon körülményesen tudtak javítani. A laboros hölgy segítőkész volt, de szintén nem találta azt a csomagot amit szerettem volna, úgy kellett a honlapon megkeresnem. Segítségül jött egy idősebb kollégája, aki kioktató stílusban beszélt velem, mint ha én tehett volna róla hogy nincsenek tisztában a saját szolgáltatásaikkal. Ez a stílus végig megmaradt... Ha nem tájékozódom i a honlapon a lehetőségekről, simán lehúztak volna még több tízezer forittal.

The lab lady was helpful, but also couldn’t find the package I wanted, I had to look it up on the website. He was helped by an older colleague who spoke to me in an educational style as if I could have made sure they were unaware of their own services. This style has remained the same ... If I had not been informed about the possibilities on the website, they would have been smoothly pulled down by tens of thousands of forints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindenkinek ismerős ugye az a kellemetlen érzés, amikor szakorvosi vizsgálatra szánja el magát. (főleg Covid idején) Ha valamit ezt el lehet felejteni. Rövid határidőn belül kaptam időpontot, kedvesek és végtelenül segítőkészek a klinika dolgozói. Tiszta , gyönyörű, modern környezetben lehet a gyógyulás útjára lépni. Maximálisan megvagyok elegedve!
Everyone is familiar with the unpleasant feeling of dedicating themselves to a specialist examination. (especially in Covid's time) If anything, this can be forgotten. I got an appointment in a short time, the staff of the clinic are kind and infinitely helpful. You can embark on a healing journey in a clean, beautiful, modern environment. I am maximally satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soha többet!!! Már meglevő diagnozissal érkeztem. Telefonon időpontot kértem lézeres kezelésre, az orvos mondta, hogy ilyenre nincs lehetőség...15 e Ft. A telefonos ügyintézőnek fogalma sincs milyen kezelésék vannak....
Köszönöm de soha többet nem.....
Never!!! I arrived with an existing diagnosis. I asked for an appointment for laser treatment by phone, the doctor said that there was no possibility for this ... 15 thousand HUF. The telephone clerk has no idea what kind of treatment there are ....
Thanks but never again .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ortopédiára mentem Dr. Dargay Sándorhoz, mert hónapok óta rettenetesen fáj a térdem és a talpam. Kb 10 percet voltam bent, ebből a fele az volt hogy írta az ambuláns lapot. Szinte csak ránézett a problémás területre, meg picit megnyomkodta, nem kérdezősködött (pl hogy mióta fáj, ülő munkát végzek-e, stb stb ami alapján jobban át lehetne látni a dolgokat). Egy szóróanyagot adott, amin valami porcerősítő készítmény van, persze rohadt drágán. Mondott pár olyan dolgot, amit a szomszéd néni is el tudott volna mondani (pl hogy tornáztassam a lábam..hmmm, végülis nem rossz ötlet). Látszott rajta, hogy a töke kivan, és mihamarabb végezni szeretne. Nagyon negazív élmény volt. Ráadásul elég messziről utaztam Miskolra, hogy elmenjek ide, hát kár volt. Egy magánklinikától nívósabb ellátást várnék...
I went to Dr. Sándor Dargay for an orthopedics because my knees and soles hurt terribly for months. I was in for about 10 minutes, half of which was for writing the outpatient paper. He almost looked at the problem area, he was a little pressed, he didn't ask questions (eg how long I've been in pain, how I'm doing sedentary work, etc., etc.) so that I could see things better). He gave a scattering with some cartilage-enhancing preparation on it, of course, damn expensive. He said a few things that his aunt next door could have said (e.g. to exercise my legs..hmmm, after all, not a bad idea). It looked like the capital was out and he wanted to finish it as soon as possible. It was a very negative experience. Plus, I traveled far enough to Miskola to go here, so it was a shame. I would expect more quality care from a private clinic ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic. We did the blood and urine tests in the morning and at the end of the afternoon we received the results (faster than the two working days that is advertised).
Also great service and very nice people. Prices are higher than the public hospitals, but internationally very competitive, so great value for the price.
Definitely we will go more often to see if our values improved.
