Telefon, email több próbálkozás után sem elérhető, nem javaslom senkinek a céget, mert elérhetetlennek...... Tobb mint egy hete rendeltem egy rollatort (kerekes keret:)), kaptam automatikus visszajelzest, hogy majd jon 1-4 munkanapon belul. 4 munkanap utan semmi hir. Telefonaltam. Azt mondtam valami hiba miatt nem vettek fel a rendelest, de keszleten van amit rendeltem, masnapra erkezik. Nem erkezett, megint hivtam oket aznap, valaki bunko modon tobbszor kinyomta a telefont, meg veletlenul felvette egyszer, hallottam pletykalt a kollegajaval, aztan mikor beleszoltam hirtelen kinyomta. Ma felvette valaki, azt mondta meg mindig nincs folyamatban a rendeles, majd 1 perc mulva visszahivnak. Nyilvan nem hivtak, most megint folyamatosan kinyomjak a telefont. MESSZIROL KERULJE OKET EL MINDENKI!!! Nem vesznek vasarloszamba. I only give 1 star because 0 is not. Visszaírtam, hogy nem baj, megvárom, kell. Eltelt több mint 3 hét síri csend. Írtam nekik, hogy most már ugye jön lassan a megrendelt áru, mert már a boltokban is lehet újra kapni itt-ott fertőtlenítőt, erre visszaírtak hogy ja ne is várjam vis major helyzet miatt leállt a szállítás amit a honlapjukra kiírtak. Hát most őszintén, ki lesegeti naponta a honlapot ahonnan rendelt? Mert én nem tettem, hanem vártam, hogy szóljanak ha valami információ van, ahogy az normális lenne. Értem, hogy sokan akarnak fertőtlenítőhöz jutni, az ember nem feltétlen tart otthon ilyen dolgokat, de ettől még ha egy leadott és kvázi visszaigazolt megrendelést nem tudnak teljesíteni arról illene értesíteni a vevőket. Nem nevezném nagyon kedves, segítő kiszolgálásnak. Az árut megrendelték, de én jártam utána, hogy mi van, miért nem hívnak. Végül vettünk egyet, de sajnos így utólag azt mondom a szakértelem hiánya miatt kisebbet rendeltek. Kifizettük, elvittük, férjem azt viselte, de sajnos nem a mérete volt. Miután közöltem hogy az ő számlájuk előtt napokkal megérkezett ugyan az a termék máshonnan még nekik állt feljebb.. 2021 van, aki webáruházat üzemeltet kicsit kapcsoljon rá vagy nem kell meglepődni ha nem lesz rendelés.. Adott olyat, ami szerinte jó rá, de mondta, hogy egyébként is egy méret van. Természetesen nem lett jó. Természetesen nem cserélik ki.
