I launched a consumer protection development against us after an online order where an otherwise arrogant and totally incomprehensible customer service (or worse if the owner) refused to deliver a 220,000 bed to be delivered to the second floor of a residential building without any indication in advance. It was not. I already know GTC better than he does, but if you start a face and self-wash course, I will recommend it with 5 stars because it goes very well for him.

It was as if a troll army was taking action against Medigor. Just not competition? I placed an online order for several items on Sunday night and was already brought by the courier (to the other end of the country) on Tuesday morning. I have rarely experienced such a fantastic quick transaction in other webshops, even though I order almost everything online because of my age and illness. When I realized 10 minutes after one of my orders that I wanted to make a change, I called their customer service and there a lady in a kind, reassuring voice replied, "No problem, I'll make the change." When I thanked him for that, his response was, "Come on, that's why we're here to help." It’s all fabulous, but so true! Their range of goods is wide, their prices are favorable. If I had 10 points, I would give that much to the store.

I bought it from Medigor today, I asked for (and received) information about the product by phone beforehand, they also set aside the right size for me. Extremely helpful, kind, fast service, thank you!

The sellers are helpful if they don’t understand something and give guidance. There are many products.

If you want good for yourself DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! Cheating a gang !!! I ordered the more expensive product, the cheaper one was sent! As far as I can tell, not only were I harmed, I wish I had read the reviews! At least consumer protection is not boring .....

I’ve been to the store twice and my experience is quite the opposite. For the first time, a lady was very kind to help me with everything. Shopping or whatever I was interested in - 5 stars. For the second time, another lady was no longer so willing. After I forgot my public health card and my phone at home, I asked to let me call home so I could bring it after me so I didn’t have to take a bus home for it. The lady told me she couldn't help me with that. So I was left with the bus ride and a sad experience - 1 star.

I bought a Tens device in the store in Veszprém. I took it back after 4 days because I don't like the machine I bought and it burned my feet, even though they don't think I need to use contact gel for this machine. They report that they will only take back such machines for 3 days, but will talk to the owner and notify them by phone. After 2 days I went back to the store and then they returned the machine. Obviously law was not violated, but an interesting business policy. So it can't happen? Luckily I document everything because that's exactly what I experience everywhere if something is wrong then the buyer is faulty or unprepared and comes up with similar sink text. 4 day machine that has been used once you think is used and will not be taken back obviously they have the right, however a tens machine if it burns the patient with "intended" use is not normal but it is likely therefore not taken back because the machine sucks and they were glad they got rid of it from him. I had several machines and unfortunately I was in several places on the treatment, the treatment didn't hurt anywhere and most of all it didn't burn any wounds on my leg in almost the weakest program. It’s no coincidence a store has a lot of dissatisfied shoppers, but I promise we’ll hear more about each other!
