★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szep tiszta es baratsagos a Center. Kedvesek a recepcion a lanyok,lehet online, es telefonon is idopontot foglalni.
Ha van mar idopontunk,nem kell sorbaallni sem az orvosunkhoz.
Az orvosok is nagyon kedvesek,reszletesen elmondanak mindent.
Mindenkinek ajanlom ezt az Egeszsegugyi Centrumot.
Very nice clean and friendly in the Center. The girls are kind at the reception, you can book an appointment online and by phone.
If you already have an appointment, you don’t have to line up with your doctor either.
The doctors are also very kind, telling everything in detail.
I recommend this Health Center to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az orvos szép munkát végzett, de semmi tájékoztatást nem kaptunk és igen sok plusz költséget kértek. Egy tapasz cseréért 10. 000 Ft ot kértek ami 2 másodperc volt és utólag kiderült nem is kellett volna már leragasztani. A szövettant, hogy megkapjam az órvostól a varratszedésen kívül ( ami 10. 000 Ft-ot kértek mert az nincs benn a horrorisztikus műtéti árba) még 4.000Ft ot kértek. Ezeket a plusz költségeket elhallgatták. Így egy 3mm-es anyajegy levétele 70.000.- Ft-ba került volna, de egy 10.000.-Ft os tapaszcserét lemondtam, ami utólag kiderült jól tettem. A recepció egy nagy semmi, össze vissza beszélnek, de a végén gyorsan odadják a számlát. Székesfehérváron plasztikai sebész 45.000.-Ft - ért szedte volna le és abba benne van a kontroll vizsgálat, a varratszedés és a szövettan kiértékelése is!!! ( És nem mellesleg minden felmerülő költségről információt adnak, nem ér váratlanul semmi!!) Ha valós infót kaptam volna a recepción, akkor annak tudatába tudtam volna választani. NEM AJÁNLOM senkinek őket és mi is elkerüljük messzire.
The doctor did a nice job, but we didn’t get any information and they asked for a lot of extra costs. They asked for HUF 10,000 to change a patch, which was 2 seconds and it turned out that it shouldn't have been glued. To get the histology from the watchmaker, in addition to the suture collection (which they asked for 10,000 HUF because it is not included in the horroristic surgical price) they also asked for 4,000 HUF. These extra costs were silenced. Thus, removing a 3mm mole would have cost HUF 70,000, but I canceled a HUF 10,000 patch change, which turned out to be fine. The front desk is a big nothing, they talk back together, but in the end they quickly hand over the bill. In Székesfehérvár, a plastic surgeon would have taken it for 45,000 HUF and it includes the control examination, suture collection and histology evaluation !!! (And by the way, they give information about all the costs incurred, nothing is worth it unexpectedly !!) If I had received real info at the reception, I could have chosen to be aware of it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone and we will avoid them by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az előző kommenthez csatlakoznék. A kezelés előtt kikértem a recepción a várható költséget. Ennek ellenére olyan szolgáltatásokat is felszámoltak, amik a tájékoztatásban egyáltalán nem szerepeltek. Régóta magánklinikán intézem az egészségügyi dolgaim, de ilyen túlárazással még sehol nem találkoztam. De ha még ez is a működési modelljük: adjanak támogatást erről a pácienseknek! Mert ahogy az előző válaszadó is írja, mindezekkel csak úgy távoztában, a recepciós értesít, a számla kiállítása után.
I would join the previous comment. Before the treatment, I asked the reception for the expected cost. However, services that were not included in the information at all were also discontinued. I’ve been taking care of my health at a private clinic for a long time, but I’ve never encountered such an overpricing anywhere. But even if this is their operating model: give support to patients about this! Because, as the previous respondent writes, all of this only leaves the receptionist, after the invoice is issued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szülés utáni kontroll vizsgálaton voltam Dr. Beleznay Gábornál. Nagy előny és plusz pont az online időpontfoglalás lehetősége. A doktor úr, az aszisztens és a recepciósok is nagyon kedvesek és udvariasak voltak. A magyar egészségügyben ritkán tapasztalt odafigyelést kaptam. Pontosan fogadtak és gyors, de alapos volt a kivizsgálás. A rendelő kulturált, tiszta volt. Köszönöm az ellátást! Elégedett voltam.
I was with Dr. Gábor Beleznay for a postpartum control examination. The advantage of online appointment booking is a big advantage and a plus point. The doctor, the assistant and the receptionists were also very kind and polite. I received attention rarely experienced in Hungarian healthcare. They were punctual and quick but thorough to investigate. The office was cultured, clean. Thanks for the care! I was satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az orvos kiváló, a recepció alkalmatlan, udvariatlan, közönséges. Ma 9.20-ra volt időpontunk (amit telefonon tegnap még egyeztettek is velünk, nehogy elkéssünk), ma már nem voltunk a rendszerben. 1,5 óra várakozás után eljöttünk. Se egy kedves szó, se egy bocsánatkérés.
The doctor is excellent, the reception is unfit, rude, ordinary. We had a date for 9.20 today (which was even agreed with us on the phone yesterday so as not to be late), we were no longer in the system today. We arrived after 1.5 hours of waiting. Not a kind word, not an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Én laborvizsgálatokra szoktam ide járni, szóval arról tudok véleményt mondani. A recepción mindig segítőkészek voltak eddig, személyesen és telefonon is. Ha sürgősen kellett egy vérvétel ami egy adott naphoz volt kötve, mindig igyekeztek megoldani. A laboros hölgyek pedig a világ legédesebb emberei! Már csak miattuk is ide fogok járni a jövőben is vérvételre! Tündériek, segítőkészek, megnyugtatják az embert ha idegeskedne, elmagyaráznak mindent. Szóval a labort csak ajánlani tudom! :)
I usually go here for lab tests, so I can comment on that. The reception has always been helpful so far, both in person and by phone. When there was an urgent need for a blood sample tied to a particular day, they always tried to resolve it. And the lab ladies are the sweetest people in the world! That's why I'm going to come here in the future to get blood! Fairies, helpful, reassure a person if they get nervous, they explain everything. So I can only recommend the lab! :)
